Adobe InDesign CS3 has stopped working...

Received this message yesterday for the first time after using this program for a while now. Last night, when I clicked the icon in InDesign, the purple window came, says "initializing" as always, but this time he was immediately followed by a message saying "Adobe InDesign CS3 has stopped working". I uninstalled and reinstalled and got the same message.

I find a lot of comments here on licensing does not, but that's not the message I receive. When I called the support, I was told that it is no longer supported for CS3.

Any suggestions?

Control Panel, then depending on how you have options set, whether by category you should see Add or remove slot of the user accounts and family safety user accounts or if the display of the icons, click users, and then click on manage another account, and you'll see a small link under the icons to create a new account.
