• Failure of the Code U44M2P28 update: Lightroom 6.1.1 to 6.5 (perpetual license)

  I got a response. The key was to find a source for LR 6.0, I got (with the 6.0 updates) of this link Adobe: Installer Photoshop Lightroom.

  I then used the AppZapper (Mac) to remove LR 6.1.1. I used Fixer permission of Steve Chen, installed at LR6.0, then updated to LR6.5. It worked and all is well. Thanks tipsters!

  I own a perpetual license for LR 6 and also have CC installed through my work on the same Apple Mac computer running OS10.10 (the CC is _not_ include Lightroom CC for some reason any). NB I don't have adobe to work CC id management, but can connect to the account who administer LR6.

  I am registered on the account to which is attached the license PP LR6 in LR 6.0, but the word "help-> updates... "is grayed out (see photo)

  Hi Tom, it seems that your user account password is not enough. I think you should ask your company administrator to authorize the update or provide you with an admin password.

• CS6 perpetual license and Nikon D5

  My version of Adobe Photoshop CS6 extended it's up-to-date (MAC) version 13.0.6 x 64.  He reports that he uses v.9.1.1.461 unicameral raw. But this version does not see the images of the Nikon D5.  To see images of D5 seems to need ACR v. 9.5.  Downloaded and says it installed, but said CS6 it will always use 13.0.6 x 64.   The LR program currently operates in one of the four modes of operation according to the license status:

  1. LR but without license in the 30 day trial - features of LR CC
  2. LR without license but outdated test - LR limited except develop them and print modules are disabled so that you can not make adjustments more but can still see photos of the way they were when the licence was in force.
  3.   You can use the link below. If you uninstall you will need to download LR6; then download the 6.4 update. Re-install is often recommend if there is update problems.   I have 6 LR on a perpetual license. I deleted the LR5 of the creative cloud application and now LR and Photoshop (both on perpetual licenses) fail to open... It's a messed up system that keeps identifying my version of LR LR 5, not LR 6. 5 LR has been removed from my machine for months! HELP - ON TIME!

  It wasn't the issue. With perpetual licenses of the creative cloud free application installed double managers and Application that created confusion in the ~ / library.   All bug fixes, addition of camera and the objective applies to both versions. It has that are the difference. Lightroom 6 will have only the features that existed in version 6.0 for the duration of the continuous cycle, with all these features (and some new they add) added to Lightroom 7. Lightroom CC will be other new features added when Adobe decide to add them as they are not restricted, with additions of features to the software subscription.

  I have a perpetual license for CS6 Master Collection / Windows I have installed on my PC and laptop a couple of years.  12 months ago I registered for the creative cloud / plan of all applications.  I canceled the plan creative cloud yesterday and my perpetual license CS6 has stopped working.  After several chat sessions with Adobe engineers, told me to completely uninstall CS6 Master Collection and re - install with my serial number.  It has worked to resolve the problem of activation.

  It is also the same thing on my Macbook.  I have only a perpetual license of Photoshop CS6 on the mac, not the Master Collection. I had installed creative cloud and then out of the CC that caused the CS6 ask login when I try to run it.  I have not had Photoshop CS6 works again on the Mac. I guess I'll need to uninstall and reinstall as well.

  I never installed CS6 on any of the machines through creative cloud configuration.  CS6 has been installed before CC on all 3 machines using the DVD and serial numbers.

• PS Standard CS6 perpetual license has been converted into a license CC PS CS6 extended

  I run PS CC alongside the standard CS6 PS with a perpetual license. A recent updated and I'm not sure who has transformed the Extended CS6 my standard installation PS CS6 version. Can someone tell me if this is a known bug? Less how to solve this? Should I just turn off extended and uninstall and reinstall standard CS6? I don't think that this should have happened in the first place, so I am a little concerned about spending a bunch of time solve this only that it happen.

  CS6 must not remain a perpetual version that you already have some CC for CC Ps active membership.

  It is the expected behavior.

  PS 13.1.2 isn't a patch of the subscription (for creative users Cloud) perpetual, it would not have applied on 13.0.1.x(update pour perpétuelle). As you have already applied it to 13.0.1.x then you will need to re - install Ps CS6 to get Ps 13.1.2.
