  -to obtain a small step forward, I suggest to take a look at the "Event Viewer".

  To get there:

  Control Panel\Administration Tools\Event Viewer.

  Here you can find more information ' end your bug.

  Info sometimes very useful.

  Hope that event viewer will be more accurate.

  OK, one of our guys just tried this on a machine Vista and we get the same error as you. This must be due to a recent change, as we did in the desktop application or in one of the libraries that we use to build. Either way, it seems that he no longer works on Vista.

  Hi, I tried to install Adobe Photoshop CC test using CC on Windows 8 PC for about a week now, and I get the same report error every time :/ I tried to run my PC in Safe Mode, restart my PC, allowing Admin Adobe access my firewall and it has not changed a thing.   Open Adobe folder and rename under mentioned folders.

  (1) adobe PCD - Adobe PCD centenarians.

  (2) hats - caps-old.

  3-backup - backup-old.

  Then try to install Photoshop CC 2015 and check.

  Have you tried to screw up the Photoshop preferences.

  Steps to follow:

  To re-create the Photoshop preferences files, start the application while pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file?"
