  We have a business with Adobe Creative Cloud for an annual subscription account. We cannot use DC because we have some plug-ins that are not compatible with DC.

  If you use an Acrobat XI subscription, then you are eligible to use an upgrade to Acrobat DC without paying any extra.

  You can install and activate your subscription DC Acrobat using the same Adobe ID credentials and access to your PDF documents.
