  Do you mean that you're not seen the monthly plan? Can please sign in the stock site, go you to: plan pricing and membership Adobe Stock | Adobe Stock and send me a screenshot of what you see? This will help me to solve your problem.

• Cancel Adobe Stock at exactly 1 month

  I went to cancel my subscription Adobe Stock today, exactly 1 month after signing (joined on 2/14 and it is now 3/14).  Looks like I was charged today, so apparently the rules are charged once I'm stuck with the plan.  Is this fair?  If so, it sucks.  I get it if I come back on 1 month + 1 day, but this seems to be a grey area which should benefit to the Subscriber.

  Cancellation must be done before the renewal date - before March 14, in this case.

  I will arrange for subscriptions to be cancelled and pay for March.

  Sorry for the confusion caused.

  The system calculates automatically the cancellation after 14 days according to the standard subscription terms.

  However, with the Stock promotion cancellation fees will be not processed if cancellation is made within the first month.

  1: no, there is no daily limits.

  2: Yes, you have access to all of them.

  3: they are the highest resolution possible, then you can always scale them down if necessary.

  4: I'd say constantly. Photographers and graphic designers download their images become available.

• Adobe Stock is supposed to upload to the library, but is not

  All I can find online is that I'm supposed to see an "eye" icon to upload an image directly to my library, but I have an arrow instead. I need to download on my desktop, and then drag the image into a document, and then drag it in my library. It's boring. I am connected, but I can't make it work in any of my applications. Anyone know how to make it work? What Miss me?

  Click the drop-down arrow next to office and you should see that your libraries listed as a choice to download.

  

• Adobe Lightroom 2015.2.1 - cannot access the images using the import option "browse the computer."

  Hi all

  I just downloaded and installed Lightroom 2015.2.1. When I click "Import", I gives me a few options to choose from, one of them is "browse the computer." Choose this option by opening the folder that I need, there is no images displayed and the folder appears empty with a title "no element not corresponding to your search. This is true for ALL folders on my computer.

  What's weird, is that if I click on "selecting a folder" at the lower right part of the window, the pictures in this folder will BE imported even though when the folder is opened, they are not displayed. However, I want to select specific images and does not import the entire folder.

  What happens and how can I fix?

  I saw another thread with a few days of a person having the same problem, but without a fix.

  "Browse computer" only shows you the folders.

  Select a folder by clicking with the mouse, click the [Select Folder] button, then the import window will show the files in this folder, where you can select/Disable-preset images.

  The window shows "no found photos" If the folder is empty OR the images were previously imported.

• Adobe stock auto subcribes in one picture the intention?

  I learned just Adobe support that when you buy a single image out of stock adobe they sign puts you to an auto subscribe plan of $9.99. No where on the site it say or infer that you purchase a subscription. Even in subscription plans he does not offer it.

  I was told to have don't no renewal fee, you must manually cancel whenever you buy a single image essentially. The site is misleading. How can I pay by image only?

  There is no daily or monthly limit. You can download as many as what in your subscription and anything more than that you will be charged on a basis of single image.

• Where is the help of Adobe Lightroom 6.0 problems (aging of the images transferred to photoshop cs5)?

  I downloaded "Community of people joining 2" (file # 33733668) which showed this image in Adobe Stock

  

  In my library of Illustrator, the icon corresponds to the image in Adobe Stock.  However, when I drag the image on the document, it is the image which shows:

  

  Of course, there was an error with the file attached to this image in the library of Stock.

  I did check the file myself and noticed the error. The same report to the concerned team. I added a credit to your account so that you can use the same for another image.
