  It's not released for Z10 models, it is released as a 'developer beta OS' for BlackBerry10 devices.

  I had finally installed it. That's how I did it. First of all, I made a backup through blackberry link. Then I reinstalled the device through blackberry link software. When this was done, I restored the device with the backup that I brought back all my contacts, accounts and apps. Turned off location services.   Here's a strange.  I use the same BB ID on my Playbook and new Z10.   After moving to my my 9810 Z10, I wanted to reinstall all my PSA which have been updated to OS10.   So, yesterday, I went to the applications available and installed "ALL" option expects only the BB10 apps must be installed.  Good tale of the Bard (for the PlayBook!) has now been set up for more than a day.  I tried a break in the BB world (did not work), the device is restarted, and a battery pull.   Still can not delete it or stop the installation.  Does anyone have a suggestion?

• Strange problem Z10 blackBerry using the BBM on WiFi service

  I have a strange problem. I have an unlocked Fido Fido phone and I am trying to use it on a different sim card. I am able to connect to internet and BBM surveys with all well data services plan. I call everything works fine.

  When I connect it to Wifi I can surf the web everyting except BBM! Without the sim card BBM works very well in wifi. The minute I have not given the SIM no BBM!

  This problem is now resolved. For the record it's because of my new carrier does not accept my unlocked phone Bell Inc., did not accept it so I tested with Tellus at the Canada and T-Mobile in the USA it works perfect...

  Still don't know what is 3G has to do with Wifi anythong but it was solved by switching to Tellus

• BlackBerry 10 functions and features can not turn off my Blackberry Protect z10 after changing the password ID.

  My wife's phone was last updated the operating system more recent 10.3.2.   So now I'm unable to wipe the z10, or change the ID info to make it usable when required. I also noticed, online, there are instructions for the new OS 10.3.2 informing us that no wiping ability to Protect is disabled. There is no instructions on how to so that when a problem arises like mine.

  You can try if you have the "BOLD" phone... Download the Blackberry link (instead of the desktop computer)... to open the link, "BOLD", plug in bold. It should ask you to transfer data.  that & it invites to plug your z10 & then begins the transfer of data.

  I warn you this right now, mine is stuck at transfer 3.4 MB of 383.8 MB is yet to see if this work.  I have a slow computer, so I don't know if it's just the computer it slows down or is it really stuck.
