  I got the help of Adobe support, they sent me another link to download Adobe App Mgr It was apparently a network problem but, and it was resolved after a few re-tent.

  This problem is resolved by update fixes after effects CC (12.2.1), which is now available:

  I'm running the latest CUDA 5.0.61 which was updated yesterday and GPU driver 8.12.47 310.40.00.05f01. I can't launch the web more recent version of the drivers because they do not seem to work with my PC GTX 670 in my MacPro. And my GTX 670 actually 4 GB of RAM. I thought that was one of the great features of CC to activate the compatible maps, but I can't select GPU (although I can't in Premiere Pro).

  And even more boring, is that while I had to modify some files after Effects CS6, it works fine for me with my video card as shown in this report:

  Remove the OpenGL plug-in! Assuming that you are talking about Windows XP, this would be C:\Program 6.5\Plug-Ins\Extensions\AE_OpenGL.aex Files\Adobe\After effects. Others you may have a bad font or something. Also clean the preferences in your user directory.

  You get AE version 13.8 (AKA CC 2015.3), which is basically CC 2016.

  The answer is that you must go to the video Copilot website and go through training on the effect to learn how to use the controls. If the item does not work as it should, they can provide assistance in troubleshooting more than general audience here. I didn't installed element years because it does not fit my normal workflow, so I'm not more useful than that.   I've recently updated to 2015 AE last week and have found audio bugs make editing difficult. I discovered there was a correction of these problems update published in July (13.5.1). It does not appear in the clouds Creative however. I seem to be stuck on 13.5.0.347.
