  -check if there is a shortcut to the application is placed on the inside of the after 2014 effects in the After Effects application folder.

  I created titles of lower thirds in After Effects CS6 on an iMac Yosemite 10.10.5 running with a transparent background.  I want to make this file to be used as overlay on a video editing with Final Cut Pro.  I chose RGB + Alpha in the rendering stack, but it does not work to preserve transparency, and titles are degraded as well.  Is there a solution for this?  I also tried the CS6 Adobe Media Encoder, with no better luck.  Please notify.

  Use your ProRes 4444 codecs.  PNG, or Animation.  No other file QT supports alpha channels.

• MP4 from After Effects will not play on iPad Air

  I have a series of videos mp4 - some are exported from creation, others, After Effects - CS6 Win7 x 64.

  They all play in iTunes, but EI videos will not play on the iPad.  Even when I sync them iPad identifies as unplayable.

  There are 1 million different things that could be the problem with the settings of your MP4.  You will need to display all parameters of compression for anyone of property assess the problem.

  The simplest solution and one that will give you a better quality of video in any case, is to use Adobe Media Encoder to make your cuts, rather than After effects.  There iPad presets built right, too.

  When I try to make the effects of light there is a horizontal gap in the middle of the image where the lighting effects are not make. Never had a problem rendering 3d or other things. Is this a flaw in the software? Windows 7 64-bit Photoshop CC 2014, processor Intel Core i7 3.4 GHz, RAM, 16 GB and GeForce GTX 560 Ti VRAM 1 GB video card.

  Solved. It seems that all the open files in onOne 9 pick up something that prevents the rendering of light effects. Export into Tif, tiff opened and made that solves this problem.

• After Effects will not import any preset animations of the bridge.

  I just installed creative cloud.  It seems to work fine, except that when I try to apply animation preset in After Effects by the bridge, it gives me an error message saying "unable to import the xxx.fxx file: filtype not taken in charge or extension.

  I don't mean to import a "file" or whatever that it either... just trying to apply an animation preset to a clip on a timeline of EI.  Never had problems with CS5.  Anyone know what is happening?

  Ideas: i am running windows 7, no code error, no game such as Gears of war, x 3 Terran conflict, what happens is it seems to be windowed, black frame around the home screen about 2inches, I tried the resolution and virtually everything that I could think of that might be a problem nothing works, I am currently using a dell xps 1710 , 2 GB of ram, processor core duo, gforce 9700 I think, haven't looked lately, I think having the latest updates, HELP!

  Instructions that azam gave it was missing something.  When you right-click the game icon, select Properties, then there's a tab shortcut with the drop-down list box run.  You can also go to the Compatibility tab and set the compatibility of an earlier version of Windows and test.  Sorry for the confusion.  Try and let us know the results. • Adobe After Effects do not install

  Hi all

  Forgive my ignorance if this has been discussed, but I am running Windows 7, with a processor i7 970 Hexacore, 12 GB of RAM, a GTX 460 (I know that the Mercury playback engine does not support this, for some reason any)... I bought CS5 Production Suite and I'm very psyched on this subject, however, After Effects will not install with the following error code. Can someone help me? (Would be my GPU prevent After Effects install?) I thought that it would simply not be able to use the Mercury playback engine if the card was not supported.)
