After that my monitor was sleep, the screen will become very low.

Sometimes, I have to reboot to get the full screen again.  Sometimes, I can just log off and then log in to get the full screen.  What causes this?

This is usually the result of the video card driver.

A program that runs in the background can sometimes cause a conflict and the driver load correctly.

Or the video card its self may have a little problem recovery sleep, or sleep.

First, the easiest to try thing is to reinstall the video card driver.

Here is an article on how to do it, I recommend that you check the section 'manually update drivers:
