  Try to reinstall the update by using this file: Download OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 Combo Update. It can solve the problem, but if it is not the case, then you must reinstall OS X.   Libraries to think big, but they share the storage for images and use less than the total size of the disk storage, see this support document:

  If you delete the old iPhoto library, you won't win a lot of rear storage. It is save to remove the iPhoto library, but I wanted to wait burn bridges.  Wait, are you sure that the migration went well and no pictures are missing.

  McAfee is a huge problem with Windows Mail.  See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 if you want to use, wait until you get the job of Winmail.

  Check if you can connect webmail and that works very well and it's not a problem on the end of the server messaging or because of misspelled powers.  Then delete your account in WinMail, compact and repair the database (see www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/) and make sure that you have disabled the e-mail analysis then add your account to mail back again and see if it works.

NHSmail helpdesk say it's not a problem on their end and have confirmed there are multiple apple mac users complain of the same show. I called the support of apple on the subject, but the operator was not able to offer much help, I asked that it is forwarded to a technical team of things like dealing with. I can't find anything else out there on this. It seems that the patch they come out for all other users who have problems with Outlook led inadvertently to us be trampled!
