  I am very confused.

  I bought the cloud creative Adobe (Photoshop and Lightroom) a few months ago and have used them both without problem. When I received a notification of updates, I downloaded them.

  Now, I've noticed are TWO versions of Lightroom in my computer:

  "Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Version 5.6 64bits with Camera RAW 8.6 ' and ' Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC 2015 Release, Camera RAW 9.0".

  I also have "Photoshop CC 2014.2.2 20141204.r.310x64 output.

  I think I've been using both versions of Lightroom for a few days, and after a few tests, it seems to me that both versions do not talk to each other.

  What a mess! So, what should I do? Should I uninstall version 5.6? Keep both? Use the old version?

  I hope that I am not to buy both versions, either.

  Feel free to uninstall older versions. Be aware that you may need to reinstall new versions after that.

  Thank you for reporting the issue. We have already identified this problem and follow-up. While extensions are trying to solve this problem, can you please try following steps and let us know if it helps.

  1. close Animate runs.

  2. go in the following location on Windows: C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\Animate CC 2015.2\

  3. If it contains two folders of locale:

  for example, en_AU (parameters system locale), en_US (local animation)

  4 copy the folders in the row (if it exists)

  a. copy the contents of en_AU\Configuration\Commands\ to en_US\Configuration\Commands\

  b. copy the contents of the en_AU\Configuration\WindowSWF\ to en_US\Configuration\WindowSWF\

  5. launch Animate and check the extensions.

  Note: In your case, locale system and installed local Animate can be different

  Must copy CC 2014 Photoshop plugin folder and replace the file in Photoshop CC 2015.

  In windows, please go to C:\Program Adobe Photoshop CC 2014. Copy the plugin folder

  and paste the folder inside the Photoshop CC 2015

  In Mac, please go to application. There will be a folder of Photoshop CC 2014 inside it will be a plugin folder and copy it and replace the same folder in Photoshop CC 2015.

  Type of topic: addons top right of the URL you can see the setting icon, click that and choose to install the module file , choose the folder of the extension in the 'old profile data"and install it.

  You must follow the steps below:

  • Open Finder
  • Choose the menu go to, select go to folder
  • Type in ~/library and click go
  • Open the Application Support folder
  • Give full read and write permissions for everyone to the Adobe folder
  • Similarly, you have to give all the permissions file to Adobe location: Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe

  What "update you"?

  Did you install Adobe Acrobat Reader to thing of error that you were "updated" your version of Acrobat? If so, you should always have Acrobat on your system. Open and use the file > Open to open your pdf files.

  And if it works, you need to change your file associations to use Acrobat to open PDFs instead of the free software Acrobat Reader.

  You use Windows or Mac?

  What graphics card do you use?

  It crash during launch or while closing Photoshop?

  Have you tried to uncheck the graphic processor of preferences > performance?

  Please tell the Reader/Acrobat version you use.

  Also say work on the operating system.

  You can try the next step and see if that helps.

  Launch Reader/Acrobat > Navigate to Edit > preferences > Page Display > rendering > smooth text choose to monitor and click OK.

  Apple has not updated their libraries to support raw yet to be able to understand the new 16 - bit floating point dng files created by Lightroom. The first two attempts, I thought had not displayed. Today, there are all the posts with the same problem.   Under windows, you will have an entry in the panels of control/programs and features (at least on Vista, not sure the equivalent XP more). On mac, it will be in the applications/Utilities/Adobe installer.
