  Hello Whackbag.  Looks like it could be a damaged drive.  Especially if its happening right on a file.  Try to copy the contents of the disc on the desktop and run the installer from there instead.   I have a server I was planning on installing vCetner to manage the virtual machine. However, when I run the Setup and I click Next I get the error:
