  Guys,

  I have problem, I try to connect AIR-LAP1242AG-A-K9 AP WLC 4400 with the 7.0.98.218 software, but the HA indicator is blink and always request new IP address (based on console logg AP), this device can ping from LAN but unstable (based on logg, the always AP request new IP address).

  Anyone have experience with this case?

  It's newspaper when I try the console to AP.

  If your WLC mgt vlan does not enable DHCP, yes you can try to manually configure an IP address like below (IP & Gateway and WLC mgt IP info that you need to change to according to your intellectual property regime). If the keyword CAPWAP does not use LWAPP keyword in the syntax of the command

  We bought a few AIR-LAP1242AG-C-K9, but not perchasing no matter what wireless controller. When I connect the TOWER to the port of Cat2950 or Cat2960 TRP, all the TOUR cannot start normally. It shows low power, please consult the attached two images. But if I use the external power cable, the TOUR can work well. So, I would like to know two things.

  1. can I use stand-alone TOWER without using the controller?

  2. If the above is Yes, how can I configure the PPoE on cat2950 to TURN Support correctly?

  A. No, towers may operate independently of the function WLCs. tours in conjunction with a WLC only. The reason is that the WLC provides all the configuration settings and the firmware that the TOUR needs in the process registration.

  So you will need to return the AP and download the version of IOS, buy a WLC or convert the TOWER to IOS :(

  Q. how to distinguish between a regular (standalone) AP and a TOWER?

  A. the best way to distinguish between a regular access point and a TOWER is to look at the reference number of the AP.

  LAP (AP light Protocol [LWAPP])? The numbers always begin with AIR-LAPXXXX.

  Autonomous AP (Cisco IOS? Software)? The numbers always begin with AIR-APXXXX.

  You can convert an access point of the mode light return to autonomous mode by loading a Cisco IOS version that supports stand-alone mode (Cisco IOS release 12.3 (7) JA or earlier version). If the access point is associated with a controller, you can use the controller to load the version of Cisco IOS. If the access point is not associated with a controller, you can load the version of Cisco IOS using TFTP.

  Step 8 wait until restarting access point, as indicated by the LEDs become green followed the status LED flashes green.

  1. I don't think there's a way to trigger the vibrator function.

  2. There are two types of caching, cacheasbitmap and cacheasbitmapmatrix. With cacheasbitmap, everything what you cache is transformed into a bitmap version that can be read more quickly during the creation of the final scene. Bitmaps are not interested, because they already are bitmaps. Cachasbitmapmatrix is the part that makes the bitmap to be handled by the GPU. If you have cacheasbitmap and cachasbitmapmatrix on a displayobject, then in most cases, it is residing on the GPU and makes a translation rotation or scaling on this subject should be fast.

  3 If you use GPU and do cacheasbitmap/cacheasbitmapmatrix properly, it shouldn't matter whether initially the vectors and bitmaps. If you use CPU, then bitmaps would no doubt faster.

  4. not knowing the limits for Android, but the iPhone 4 and iPad is 2048 pixels. The previous features are 1024 pixels. If a texture is larger than this, it will not be cached and will constantly transfer to GPU memory.

  5. in the past, I think that bitmaps are decompressed before use. If that's still the case then it shouldn't matter whether JPEG or PNG. If the bitmap is decompressed only when necessary, so it might be a difference in the use of memory or performance, even between the different levels of compression.

  6. in CS5 there was a long list of differences between the capabilities of Android and iOS. There are only a few differences with CS5.5 and it is not all cases where Android more. iOS may allow you to use one of the two cameras for example.

• Satellite Pro L550 - Realtek RTL8191SE Wlan connection issues

  Hello

  Affected by a big problem with my WLAN connection which is ongoing for about a month.
  I have problems with a very inconsistent connection.

  To start, turn on the laptop of its climate 50-50 I'll successfully connect to my internet. Once connected I constantly disconnect and reconnect, never reached a point of stability, as long as possible without hitch is about 30 minutes, and after this point it will repeat the process above in one or two minutes, making it impossible internet usage.

  After following various checks, I can confirm that this is NOT a router problem:

  -Several other devices around the home connect without the same problem
  -Have you tried the reset and restarted both modem and router without result
  -Used new Ethernet cables and checked the other son of bends or damage
  -Tried to change the frequency of router and the channel for better connectivity with no result
  -Tried to change the location of the router, the closest pass to the laptop for a greater power of the signal without any positive results

  Whenever he logs off, I go through a laborious task repetitive troubleshooting and although sometimes it solves the problem, so that it does only temporarily.

  Updates on computer and controls are as follows:

  -Install the latest drivers for my network card
  -The latest version of the BIOS for my laptop

  I would like to point out that when using the LAN on my laptop my connection is quite well and I have the experience without interruption, I have also contacted my ISP to ask if there is ongoing network maintenance tasks and check if the internet I receive is consistent.

  I bought an AIR-LAP1242AG-E-K9 cisco and I can't do a thing with it. I have an another cisco AP which is an AIR-AP1242AG-E-K9 and who has a web interface and the CLI commands work. What does the 'L' in real terms? I know it is a synonym of light but I put an ip address in the LAP1242 but I can't no matter what web interface to the top and I just want to use the device as a wireless access point network have I bought a lemon?

  the 'L' does indeed stand for light; This means that, in order for this access point to the function must be connected to a Cisco of Lan controller (WLC) wireless. In light mode all the configuration is done on the WLC, AP is a bit like a dumb terminal. If your AP behaves exactly as it should be, as there is no web interface.  If you want to use this AP as your existing one, you need to convert to IOS and put an autonomous access point.

• Inconsistent WLAN controller with AP 'AIR-LAP1142N-E-K9.

  Hi all

  We have awireless LAN Controller "Cisco 4402 with software version 3.2.150.10" we use the Access Point 'AIR-LAP1242AG-E' and his works fine, we bought the new APs with the model "AIR-LAP1142N-E-K9" but its not working with our controller and restart continuously. I connected the console and checked the logs from the console that is given below. Please let me know is this controller WLAN is compatible with the APs new or not, or do I need to upgrade the operating system of the LAN Controller and if I upgrade the operating system of the WLAN controller it will support the old APs or not.

• Performance issues HTML Article in the Adobe Viewer on iPad

  I created an HTML Article using DPS, but when I get to post it on the Adobe in iPad viewer content does not scroll smoothly and the content is cut and cropped (the entire page is not displayed), it is very judery and struggles to make the HTML below "the fold" so to speak.

  I tried two import HTML options in DPS and both have the same isuues of performance/gal.

I then tried embbeding a mp4 directly using HTML5 to see if it was a connection/band bandwidth issue and the problem persists. However the videos play, it's just the fact that the container is cropped in half.

  Sometimes the HTML item makes it, but then when you scan save the page he struggles to render the above content? Also, then when drag you to the bottom of the page content is also cultivated that was visible before?
