  Yes it is possible.  According to the Radio, you call the encryption method to use:

  algorithms for encryption tkip encryption mode

  then under the ssid:

  open authentication of the

  I'm looking to expand my network to cover a number of office buildings in an industrial area with a distance of 200 m max to offer 10 MB internet access service supported.

  If I had to mount the Cisco Aironet 1300 on a pole with a visibility of buildings and also provide the same Cisco AP on the side of the customer, from this point to multipoint link (mounted outdoors if possible) would need no additional hardware? Other then DHCP, DNS servers, switch and router.

  I would recommend the 2506. The 24120 would not be a good target for this application. Such a high gain omnidirectional antenna can cause the signal of your remote sites exceeded. And Yes, the internal antennas for remote sites will be just fine. The internal antenna is strong enough and can go at least a kilometre. 200 m is cake for her.

  Best practice is to use the supplied antenna cable length and do not lie down. You can definitely do what you're suggesting, but depending on your length of coaxial cable, you will lose a bit of signal in doing so.

  The double-coaxial (from the bridge to the power injector) and Ethernet cables can each be up to 100 m in length, with no loss. Therefore, recommended would be:

  Antenna mounted to the mast

  Bridge mounted on mast

  Power Injector (mounted inside)

  If you want to consider installation of the bridge in your pop and running the antenna cable to the top of the mast, just know what kind of loss, you'll see. Coaxing them manufacturer, Cisco or otherwise, won't say what is the dB/foot or dB/meter, so you can know exactly how much you will lose the length of the cable. I would recommend against the design however, because you might need a larger antenna that will result by distributing a noisy signal.

  I would like to install a device on a yacht so that when the yacht in a Marina, it can connect to the wifi of the marina and then make this connection available for the network of yacht. I'm looking for a cisco device that will be similar to the Smartbridge Nexus (http://www.smartbridges.com/products/accesspoints.asp), who did the job properly in the past.

  I was thinking about using an external unit of series 1300, does anyone know if I can use it in the way I plan, or if there is an alternative.

  You need to do to buy an AP and put bridge workgroup mode. The AP connects to the network like any normal client WLAN, there you go!

  Whether or not the marina use thin or thick APs has nothing to do with it - just connect with a GTC and off you go.

  of a different mfg in the same WI - FI HotSpot.  Three Cisco access points have been defined for the WEP encryption

  While other than Cisco both were installed for WPA2-Personal.  There seems to be no particular reason for the WEP-

  differences in encryption WPA2-vs other that this is the default for both, apparently.

  My question is, what encryption types supports the Aironet 1300 series, it is only WEP?   I have

  would like to have more options than WEP just for the BR1310s, is - it possible?   When I log in the

  HTML of the Cisco router page and look at encryption it shows only WEP in option.  I was told that there are no later

  version of the IOS, IOS of AP autonomous software - 12.4.25d - JA2, offer WPA or above encryption?

  With 12.4.25d - JA2 IOS, you can configure WPA2/AES on 1310 as well. I had a PA model 1310 & I set & checked.

  But for the same application, I made a few changes and deployed, but the URL has changed this time something like:

  I have deployed as-> first created two WAR files for model and ViewController projects and then added two WAR files in the EAR file. And deployed directly from the Jdeveloper.

  What is happening with this? This is normal behavior in Windows? Some control those kind of parents is imposed by Microsoft to prevent me from "change disastrous" system?   Here's the funny part. If I get a subdirectory as C:\AMD I once more of the available options. So why is the root of C from the creation of new files, so that I can still make new files in its subdirectories?...

  I merged a Reg file, I downloaded Vistax64 Web site in my Windows registry that is supposed to add this option to the system. It does not solve the problem. Apparently, a lot of Vista users have had problems with several of the missing options in the new context menu, or persist them. I've been using Vista before SP1 came out and have never seen this problem before. Although in my case, it is not totally absent! It's more like a partial problem. Both, I have and I do not have! Why?... What's wrong?

  Hi Samir,

  This is part of a safety device in Windows 7 to avoid elements, shortcuts to be registered directly on the system drive (c :) drive). This is why you are able to see the other new features in the other drive letters independent of the system. If you see the root folder, it still contains a minimum files that are installed by the operating system.

  If you still want to create shortcuts in the root of the drive, you can create them on the desktop and paste it into the root of the drive. However, we suggest you not to do.

  I also see that you are using some registry fixes, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly.

  I read that this is not the case for all Z2s, that must be met, as otherwise there would be none built for her.

  As far as I KNOW, these files are used by EM (Business Manager), because it needs OS information is available and that information can be given by root only so the owner of these files are the root and the sticky bit is also active.

  If you try to change the property of root and oracle as the owner of some features, requiring root privileges, may not work.

  I tried once to change the ownership of the file $ORACLE_HOME/bin/oradism (it was owned by root earlier, I changed the owner to oracle) and the alert log has been flooded with error -.

  WARNING: -------------------------------

  WARNING: oradism did not set up correctly.

  the permission must be

  -rwsr-x - 1 root root 1340408 Nov 17 23:05 oradism

  This is done internally when we run the root.sh script.
