all my icons that were normally at the bottom of the screen have migrated to the right side and are all bundled together how to place their return to the bott
I recently bought a HP 15 laptop with 8.1. I use mainly desktop with latest Mozilla. All my icons that is usually found at the bottom of the screen have migrated to the right side of the screen and boots, to the top, I can't do your choice. I tried to customize without result. I am 75 but strive to keep abreast, but it baffled me.
Sorry, it's a question of support of Windows, the Windows taskbar does not part of Firefox. I do not use Windows 8.1 myself, and I don't know if the process is the same as on my Windows XP - but maybe click and hold and drag this bar down might work like on Windows XP.
If you do not understand what I said, or it does not work, here is a popular Windows 8 support forum that should be able to help you.

will be all my files get saved or new that were created after the death of this drive?
I'm in Windows 8. I had an external drive that I had put in place to save on file history. This drive is dead. I have since bought a new and I'm setting up historical files to copy to the disc. He asked me if I would like to move files to this player of the former. Of course, I can't. He's dead. I said no and it seemed to go.
My question is: are all my files get saved or new that were created after the death of this drive?
If she's not aging files saved on it, how can I get all my files copied?
Hi Becky,
Please contact Microsoft Community,
As you have said that your return to the history of files on external Drive that got crashed, and then you bought a new external drive and set up again for the backup.
I want to tell you that unfortunately, it will only back up recent files that you created on the new drive. Steps to recover old files is not possible that the backup was created on the external pilot who already got crashed.
To learn more details of the history files, please see the link:

Hope this information helps. Feel free to contact us again for assistance.

Question
Why don't Firefox4 restore any sessions that were open at the time? Before the update, I've been invited either ('SAVE AND QUIT'), or even if it closed UNEXPECTEDLY (crash etc) it STILL restored everything. New version does not offer "save and exit".Now, Firefox always stores the old session which you can access from the history menu by selecting "restore previous Session."
If you always open the last set of tabs, another approach is the following:
- Click on the orange button Firefox, then select options to open the options window
- Go to the general Panel
- Change the setting "When Firefox starts" to "show my windows and tabs from last time '.

- Installed Firefox 9
- I am running Windows 7 64 bit
- I have Firefox pinned to the taskbar.
- When Firefox opens, there is a new icon which opens onto the bar spots. Normally Firefox would open within the icon that is pinned to the taskbar.
- When I close Firefox, the extra icon disappears.
- Firefox is acting like the icon that is pinned to the taskbar isn't still there.
Before performing the steps below, I suggest strongly that visit you the last known issues for the current version, specifically 9 FF release notes.
See:
1 detach the old firefox icon
2. go in c:\Program File (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox\
3. double-click on "firefox.exe" (window FF & icon will appear in supertaskbar)
4 pin this new icon by right-clicking > Pin to Taskbar (Firefox icon turns into white box)
5. make sure you can see hidden folders
windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Show-hidden-files
6. go on C:\Users\%yourusername%\AppData\Local
7 remove "IconCache.db.
8. open the Task Manager
9. kill explorer.exe by clicking on complete the process
10. in the Task Manager, file-> new task (run...) -> write "explorer.exe" without the quotes, press ok

Not if you look at the Readme they address different bugs so all both need apply.

Thanks for posting in Microsoft Communities. Of the description of problem I can understand that you are not able to run disk defragment. Provide the following information to understand the issue:
· Did you do changes on the computer before the show?
· Reason why you want to run disk defragment?
Follow these methods.
Method 1: Follow the steps in the article.
How to defragment your disk Volumes in Windows XP
Method 2: Follow the steps in the article to run the check disk for errors.
How to perform disk error checking in Windows XP
Note: If bad sectors are found in the hard drive, then it could try to fix this particular sector. If you have any data on that, it can get lost.
I hope this helps.
Thank you.

Normally, I use Paint on my photos. I changed a photo to painting so that I could make a few adjustments. Now, all my pictures are open as files of the paint. How to make their return to the normal setting of JPEG file?
Seems you have to change the program by default JPG/JPEG to everything that you had previously, possibly "Windows Photo Viewer?
If so, see - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/change-default-programs#1TC=windows-7
Either the "set your default programs or him 'associate a file type with a program" sections. "

Right-click in a useful surface of the screen, then select the screen resolution. In the resolution drop-down list change resolution one that says (recommended). This will be the native screen resolution of your computer screen laptop graphics solution nd. Once you have done that select apply and then OK.
Best regards

I have photoshop on my old computer and my new computer. How to transfer photo files / scanned so that my links to albums and individuals will be kept?
Duplicate the file system tree that you have on your old computer to your new computer. Use your home network to access your old computer to your new computer drive and just copy the files required for your new computer and disks that are the same driver on the new machine you letter.
