• All of a sudden not printing documents

  II have a fairly new HP OfficeJet Pro 8500 a who has suddenly stopped printing.  I can hear the movement of the print heads and paper goes through, but there is no ink ejected on paper.  All ink cartridges are full and I cleaned the printheads twice.  The test print produces only the pastel colors on the page. not true colors and no black ink.

  All this happened after that AT & T has accompanied me through my router changes to increase download speeds.  I reset my router, the printer & wireless modem, but still no picture.

  Can someone tell me what I should do next?  Having this happen at the beginning of the tax season, maybe it's the worst moment of all.

  As long as self-taught Illustrator CS3 user I keep running into problems of confusion.  The most recent is:

  Work plan is to letter-size.  I have a jpg placed in half image superior extends beyond the artboard on one side.  Want to only 3/4 of the content jpg

  in the final product.

  A text at the bottom.

  All in a poster of base.

  A clipping mask hiding the part of the image that extends beyond the arboard.

  I have this file of AI 'parent' as a copy of PDF - without diapers - no editing - without thumbnails ect.  Keep the original parent of AI file for editing later.

  I want to put this PDF file into another document of the AI, but when I do, the bounding box extends beyond the content pdf on of

  where the jpg image is in the file have parent.

  Why?  Why can't I save a pdf file that produces a stand-alone img/doc with no apparent connection to his 'mother '?  Why can't it just without having to crop the original jpg in photoshop for perfectly the AI document parent and or somehow crop the image in the parent got me.

  Oh and I tried the crop tool and 'do' crop the area under the menu of the object that contains only what is showing on the artboard.

  I do not know; I have just chalk up as another example of negligence which permeates the Illustrator, and the convoluted multiple nested clipping paths so common in PDF files.

  If I place the PDF file as a link, its bounding box matches the PDF clipping mask.

  If I place the PDF built-in, not connected, then I get the result that you describe.

  You could say that kind of logical inasmuch as, when you 'place' (but integrate) a PDF in Illustrator, you're really importing its contents, including nested; clipping paths and AI CS3 and earlier versions is always displayed the limits and contours of the parties hidden traces of clipping. When "place you" the PDF as a link, it of a preview that appears on the page, as if you were just linking a raster image.

  In CS4 and CS5, Adobe has finally fixed silliness to display the edges of the masked some parts of the content of the traces of clipping, so in these versions, it is probably the way you want so linked or embedded. (I don't have CS3 on this laptop, so impossible to verify right now.)

  I managed to successfully uninstall printer with control panel and Device Manager. I then downloaded latest drivers from HP specifically say it's for Windows 10.     support.hp.com/gb-en/product/HP-Officejet-4500-All-in-One-Printer-Series---G5/3919445/model/3919446/drivers I installed and wonderful - printer working properly again. He does not think it is only a fax and print again normally computer. I think the drivers HP takes over again and did not allow 10 Windows run the show and confuse the printer and the computer more!

• Printer all of a sudden not printing Laserjet MFP M175nw

  Hello

  My printer was previously fine, suddenly stopped printing yesterday.  It allows to print pages of test etc, but my computer is not able to communicate with the printer.

  I tried to use HP help desk services to find the problem, but they are unable to locate the device, even if it is connected.  I tried to uninstall and reinstall it also does not solve the problem.  I connected with a USB, but still I can not print.  I also tried to go to the menu on the printer wireless and challenging WPS put up while pressing the WPS button on my router, but again without success.

  I printed a wireless network Test report and it says Network name (SSID) Found - in case of failure.  However, the correct network name (SSID) appears correctly in the Configuration Summary further to the bottom of the report.

  Can someone help, I'm completely puzzled and frustrated.

  I see that you are having problems with the printer is recognized by a USB connection. I'd love to help you.

  Make sure the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet and the USB cable is connected directly to the computer. The USB cable should not be more then 6 feet. Try a different USB port on the computer. Try another USB cable.

  If you use Windows, try the following steps to see if it will be useful. Do not take into account the title.

  "Device setup has not completed" or the "Unknown device" Message appears in Windows during Installation of USB.

  For two Solution: Software Troubleshootingif the printer will not be updated, then right click and uninstall the printer, you can also have one for mass storage device, uninstall it too. Then disconnect and reconnect the USB cable to see if it will install the driver successfully.

  You will have to perhaps completely uninstall and reinstall the printer software, once the entries are removed from the printer in the Device Manager. Follow the rest of the document to disable startup programs to eliminate interference.

  Test the printer.

• All Plug-Ins missing from PS CC2015 all of a sudden, not after update

  I use PS CC2015 and download of the updates, I'm updating.  I use a Mac running Yosemite 10.10.2.  All my plug-ins: Topaz, Nik, OnOne, AutoFX and floods suddenly disappeared. To clarify, this isn't something that happened after the passage in 2015 from 2014, the plug-ins exist for a long time but are not there now. I still see them in my Finder in the Applications/Photoshop CC2015/Plug-Ins folder. Help, please!
