  Hey guys, I know it took a lot... but I have a problem... Despite the fact that ALL my programs open with the same file... even Regedit and some files that I download as Viewer files to correct this problem open with express burn... when I try to run Regedit from Cmd.exe it says that I have to select a program to run the Regedit.exe... Can you help me somehow? If I managed Approfondissez Regedit.exe I know how to fix... but it dosent let me... when I try to run it from the start as Regedit bar it is a broken icon (probably because Express burn) thank you.   Yes, I have had this problem since I bought the computer.

  I am so happy.  Thanks for your help. Something so simple but if you don't know what to try then it can be so frustrating.

  Incidentally (and this is not a complaint) by clicking on desktop icons now open full-screen windows, which suits me very well, but when I hit the screen button "reduced" on a window then all windows to open in reduced format, but ALL are EVEN smaller.  I'll play a little more but thanks again.   Earlier today, I went to open a .zip with WinRar file. I've done this before and nothing is wrong, but this time, I noticed that all my desktop icons have changed and each of them were by opening with WinRar. It is especially annoying because I managed to download a Spanish version of WinRar somehow and do not include any of the popups.
  I saw others asking the same thing and answers telling to go in Control Panel > programs > default programs > Set Program Access and computer by default, but I can't get there, because I don't know what program I open with.

  Most likely, you have associated shortcuts (.lnk files) with WinRAR.  Although it is also possible that you have associated executables (.exe files) too (or instead).  Fortunately, both can be fixed.
