An another Script of Action aborted

I do a slide show about 18 images in all 9 thumbnails and images of size 9. The problem, in that I keep running is the error "a script in this movie is causing flash player 9 to run slowly. The Flash is set to player 9 and action script 2.0. I did uninstall it reinstall advice in other threads and even tried it on other machines, coming up with the same results in the end. I read that it might be too script on the single image says here's the script that sits on this image of the first and the only one.

Is this a coding error when you declare a variable, but spelling mistake what follows when it gets put to use, or is the variable that is used somewhere else?

    I have developed a. SOUTH who calls another script via "ScriptInclude" command and I noticed a substantial decrease in performance when running in this way.

    Normally my calculation scripts runs in less then 10 sec when it is running alone.

    However, when I call the script of my. Script SOUTH it takes 2-10 minutes on the same set of data.

    It's almost as if he is running in debug mode, where I can see my channel list being filled with data that the script runs.

    What could slow this process down so much?

  • We can create Script or action with item 11? If this isn't as I believe, item 12 will get this option or did in photoshop?

    I d like to use the Script function, one creating my own script or action.

    I think that this function is not possible in element 11 so the question would be is in the 12 element or just photoshop CC?

    You can create your own scripts in a couple of different ways.

    (actions are easier to record than writing scripts, but we need full version of photoshop such as photoshop cs6 or cc2014 to record the actions)

    Java script is the most common, as it is works on mac and windows.

    (not to be confused with the manuscript of java for browsers, internet and such)

    You can write your own or it is possible that someone else has already written one.

    As far as stocks go, by far the easiest way is to use the full version of photoshop to record an action.

    (PES 11 can load and game record in photoshop actions, but was not built in the action recorder)

    It is probably much easier to find an already made to a script action.

    When I open an image in the CC, it starts to scroll the shares immediately. Resizes to 150px and repeat then improve the sharpness, contrast, sharpness, contrast, etc etc.

    Have I not a corrupted script or action?

    It's completely unusable PS!

    The fixed. I have command-Option-shift at startup to remove preferences and it seems to have solved the problem!

    Scroll through each pathitem and look at the length of his pathPoints group.  If the length is equal to 2 and then use the remove() method to remove it.  For example (this is rough, off the top of my head):

    An Action can call a script in the file > Scripts menu through the point of Menu Add Action step. But it works only for the duration of your Illustrator work session. IF you exit and then restart, the add step Menu item will be empty. This bug has been reported for the COMPLETE FOUR VERSIONS of this botched program.

    However, if I understand your description of what you're trying to automate an Action won't able to automate the selection of a particular anchorpoint several paths. You will need to perform the selections at the beginning. If the script would then apply as you wish to each path depends on the way in which the script is written.

  • Advanced Scripts of Action does not not in the advanced Actions window

    I have no idea how or why it happened, but on some scripts that I applied to some buttons, when I click on the folder icon to open the script in the advance action window, the script does not load. It shows just blank like this (screenshot below). If I try to select it from the dropdown of existing shares, it does not load. If I try to make a new script again, it will work initially, but the same thing happens if I try to open it again. No idea how to solve this problem?

    It looks like the corruption of the file. You're careful with naming of decisions and measures? Never use a name that has already been used for another object.

    If you copy an interactive object in a new project, the action in the annex is copied (at least if you're on CP8 or 9).  Normally slides copy and paste in a new project could help, only bit worried on the copy with the actions.

    Have you already restarted Captivate and maybe your system as well? Worth a try.

  • Unable to wait 30 seconds and then call the TCL Script as Action?

    Hello and good afternoon all!

    I was browsing through different threads and did some research and I am unable to get my applet to wait 30 seconds and then call a script TCL to a succession of 'action '.  Here is the Basic script I am trying to run:

    Event Manager applet track-loopback1
    Event track 10 down state

    Action 1.1, «config t» cli command
    Action 1.3 cli command "event manager applet-counting backwards.
    action 1.4 cli command 'event timer countdown 30 '.

    Action 1.6 cli command "end".
    Action 1.7 cli command "tclsh Loopback1 - Notification.tcl.

    The goal of this applet is simply wait interface Loopback1 go down, and then launch the applet "-Countdown ' which waits 60 seconds before calling end my TCL script.  The pattern of ' countdown time 30 "and the" action 1.0 wait 30 "is my (lack of?".  :-)) understand that after counting 30 I need to a trial of the action - but I'm not 100% clear on this?  Ironically, he does, in fact, call the TCL script, it does not wait 30 seconds.  My current workaround is to simply throw a statement "after 30000' in the TCL script, but I'm really curious to know why it does not work as expected (well, as I expected to work anyway!).  Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.  Thank you very much!

  • Adding another script worm IPCC Enterprise 4.6

    I broke the script live today so I ask before I try again.

    I have a script called CC_Main_V5. When I use Explorer to scripts, I can see the different versions of the script and say which one is the active version. I want to make a copy of the current version to begin programming of a newer version of it.

    I tried this way 1 and broke it - I opened the version active, makes a change in the script, chose save as and used the same name script (CC_Main_V5) but not checked the box that States make the active script on save. I thought that this would add another version in the script editor I could modify and play with.

    What's happened is that the active script became CC_Main_V4. It is a totally different script name, don't know why it turned on instead of a different version of the CC_Main_V5 script.

    So my question: how to make a copy of the script CC_Main_V5 which will apper in the Script Explorer when I develop the CC_Main_V5. I want to be able to switch between life and my test.

    When you're in the script editor and you go to edit a script, it automatically increases the 'version' one meter.

    (as indicated on the bar at the top of the page windows check this just open a script in the 'Browse' mode. then click on the "Edit" button to put the script in Ed. mode version should have a better by one of what appeared to be the version in browse mode.)

    You should see something like the following in the top bar of the window:

    IE: Script Editor [CC_Script {all customers}.013 [live Version] [Browse]]

    (this script is called CC_Script and is the version.013 and is in navigation mode)

    When you switch to edit mode, you should see something like the following:

    Script editor [CC_Script {all customers}.014 [live Version] [edit]]

    (this script is still named CC_Script and is now the version.014 and is in edit mode)

    (automatically augmented version and you need to do to keep this version is to press save button; or leave it prompts you for a backup if you were to press the browse buttons or monitor)

    When you save the script, do not use the function "save under" but comes regularly record.

    You can use ' options > Preferences on the menu drop-down menus to set the option 'automatically make a script active when recording' off. This will allow you to save the script with registration works but do not do it activates.

  • Camera raw preset on script or action

    I have Camera Raw files as smart objects in Photoshop and I want to start an action or a script to desaturate the image.

    Actions can't save files ACR smart object so I was hoping there is a way using a script and an ACR preset.

    I don't know how to write scripts, but I'm willing to give it a go if someone can tell me if it is possible, or better yet at least help me get started.

    As far as I know, Camera Raw is not be scriptable. You need to open the files and then apply one of the many methods to desaturate the image in PS.

    the height of the document to the width ratio is greater than 4:1, then run photoshop action #1

    on the other

    run the photoshop #2 action.

    I want the lot of hundreds of images which are all different sizes and certain tasks must be accomplished if the height report and the width is too important.

    I don't check this, but something along these lines should work.

    I'm looking to automate deleting weather invisible layers they are in groups or locked.

    I currently have an action that:

    Selects all layers,

    runs a command of 'blocking layer' with all the options to unlock all layers, uncontrolled

    delete hidden layers.

    It works well enough, but the problem is: If there is a closed group, open it all layers command does not work on it and all else fails.

    is there a way to do this with actions?

    and if not I tried to do a rudimentary script for her

    Please forgive my lack of experience with scripting. I'm especially a writer of paste copy - cut.

    I have an extension Panel for my users in Photoshop that contains buttons to items of menu and tools. I have also two buttons that run scripts which have been fulfilled Actions scripts. What I've learned, it's that these buttons on the extension Panel do not work if the action of two scripts are not loaded in the action panel.

    What I would like to ask you is for scripts to run without having to the load in the Actions Panel. Is what I have in my file hotscript.jsx to one of the Actions below. How would this code does not require scripts to be loaded in the Actions Panel?

    I strongly support the advice of Chuck. Your ScriptingListener code should be equivalent to:

    function selShade() { app.doAction("Shade", "Shade") }
    function selCreatepdf() { app.doAction("Before After Presentation", "Before After PDF") }
    

    in other words, you call Actions loaded into ActionSets - if they are not loaded, your calls fail.

    I strongly support the advice of Chuck. If you have done the actions, or in any case if you have stocks yourself, you could automatically convert it into javascript using script xbytor ActionToJavascript.jsx (find xtools download here on SourceForge). Then put the code and just call these functions, no need to have users install actions more (and by the way, your code will be a little more watertight).
