Adding another script worm IPCC Enterprise 4.6

I broke the script live today so I ask before I try again.

I have a script called CC_Main_V5. When I use Explorer to scripts, I can see the different versions of the script and say which one is the active version. I want to make a copy of the current version to begin programming of a newer version of it.

I tried this way 1 and broke it - I opened the version active, makes a change in the script, chose save as and used the same name script (CC_Main_V5) but not checked the box that States make the active script on save. I thought that this would add another version in the script editor I could modify and play with.

What's happened is that the active script became CC_Main_V4. It is a totally different script name, don't know why it turned on instead of a different version of the CC_Main_V5 script.

So my question: how to make a copy of the script CC_Main_V5 which will apper in the Script Explorer when I develop the CC_Main_V5. I want to be able to switch between life and my test.

Thank you

When you're in the script editor and you go to edit a script, it automatically increases the 'version' one meter.

(as indicated on the bar at the top of the page windows check this just open a script in the 'Browse' mode. then click on the "Edit" button to put the script in Ed. mode version should have a better by one of what appeared to be the version in browse mode.)

You should see something like the following in the top bar of the window:

IE: Script Editor [CC_Script {all customers}.013 [live Version] [Browse]]

(this script is called CC_Script and is the version.013 and is in navigation mode)

When you switch to edit mode, you should see something like the following:

Script editor [CC_Script {all customers}.014 [live Version] [edit]]

(this script is still named CC_Script and is now the version.014 and is in edit mode)

(automatically augmented version and you need to do to keep this version is to press save button; or leave it prompts you for a backup if you were to press the browse buttons or monitor)

When you save the script, do not use the function "save under" but comes regularly record.

You can use ' options > Preferences on the menu drop-down menus to set the option 'automatically make a script active when recording' off. This will allow you to save the script with registration works but do not do it activates.

enabled or not, this version of the script has now shown that the first script in the script Explorer list.

  • IPCC Enterprise 5.a Script question

    Hello

    I have a problem of script in an environment of IPCC Enterprise 5. 0a.

    What I need is:

    I want to have the option of specifying a particular agent I want to call by pressing numbers of the officers 'CDA' line. (Just like in the script of Agent2Agent) If the agent is busy, the call should be queued to the agent. If the Agent is not connected, it should give a busy signal.

    Here's what I did:

    In the script editor of ICM, I use a 'Run external Script"in which I use the 'Dec' to get the number of the Agent. After that, I use a QueueToAgent node. In the QueueToAgent node, I'll choose the agent on 'Search agent refeerences by the expression', because I have 200 agents in the system. Otherwise, I could have used the "explicit references Agent" (it works just fine, but then I have to use a lot of IF-nodes and QueueToAgent to get I work for all agents).

    Y at - there someone who can help me solve the problem...

  • Bad performance of the Script when it is called from another Script

    Hello

    I have developed a. SOUTH who calls another script via "ScriptInclude" command and I noticed a substantial decrease in performance when running in this way.

    Normally my calculation scripts runs in less then 10 sec when it is running alone.

    However, when I call the script of my. Script SOUTH it takes 2-10 minutes on the same set of data.

    It's almost as if he is running in debug mode, where I can see my channel list being filled with data that the script runs.

    What could slow this process down so much?

    With the help of DIAdem 2015 32 bit.

    OK, I used this to speed up the result and it works like a charm

    Dear professionals,

    All those put implement IPCC Enterprise/Express without the Desktop agent tool? Simply a Cisco IP phone?

    A particular customer refuses to update their dumb linux terminals. They think that windows translates more distractions. Any way around this?

    Thank you!

    Yes, you have an option of creating service Agent on CallManager IP phone and have agents of the IPCC directly login on the phone without office. Take a look at this doc for more details of configuration:

  • How to get the graph to print in color when added by script

    Hi all

    I'm trying to add an image to an article through dal, but it does not print in color when it is added using script. But if manually added it prints in color.

    Do I need to have any setting for this. Please let me know.

    Thank you.

    I'm not 100% sure that this will work, but you can try adding an empty bitmap in Studio to your section, make sure that it is marked as color printing. And then use script DAL CHANGELOGO function to change the bitmap that you want to print. So, indeed, you replace ADDLOGO by CHANGELOGO in DAL and create a bitmap on in the Studio.

    Scroll through each pathitem and look at the length of his pathPoints group.  If the length is equal to 2 and then use the remove() method to remove it.  For example (this is rough, off the top of my head):

    var lines = new Array();

    for (i = 0;  I have< app.activedocument.pathitems.length; ="" i++)="">

    If (app.activeDocument.pathItems [i].pathPoints.length == 2) {}

    Lines.push (App.activeDocument.pathItems [i]);

    }

    }

    for (i = 0;  I have< lines.length; ="" i++)="">

    Lines [i]. Remove();

    }

We now have another site, that we want to add, but I don't have the info to send to the owner of this site. Is it here on Topliners and I can't find it? Or I could contact the support to get it? Someone at - it suggestions?

    Hi Jessica,.

    Here are the steps to generate the Script (this is for E-10) followed.

    1. go to configuration of--> > tracking > visitor tracking (expand this) > Tracking of visitors Kit.

    Here, we will ask you for an Email address to which this script will be sent or you can click on 'Generate' (bottom right button) and download the script from the following link.

    It will give the results you want in view of all the data of your table, or data that can be added to your table in the future? It depends on what you want. It is impossible to everything that publish you current data, and it is impossible to display all of the data that you can obtain in the future. The best is you specify exactly what you want. For example:
    "I want to group the lines and assign the we_pid lowest in the group like the merge_we_pid for all members of the group. Every row belongs to a group exaclty. The following rules define what a group is:
    (a) last_name, first_name, middle_name and suffix identical lines are always in the same group.
    (b) the lines with different name or last_name are never in the same group.
    (c) two lines with different middle_names and/or suffixes can be in the same group, subject to the following conditions
    (c1) One of the lines must be 'more complete' than the other
    (c2) If row is "less complete" that line B, then A must not be "less complete" any line C less than B or C is "less complete" than the other, whereby all 3 ranks fall in the same group.
    Line A is considered to be "less full" line B if and only if
    (1) A middle_name matches the beginning of B middle_name (first name of B can be longer), and
    (2) if A suffix is not NULL, then B has the same suffix. »

    I think that the example above describes what you want now. I guess that a suffix simply cannot be less than a complete suffix; that would deal with "II" as a less complete form of 'III'
    What you asked for in your previous thread differs only in the role of suffix. The query I posted yesterday treated suffix such as first and last name: it had to be exactly the same for all rows in the group, and suffix played no role in the condition (c) or the definition of the "complete".
    In the above query, if CONNECT BY condition tests a child line is more comprehensive than its parent. In the version I posted today, I changed the CONNECT BY clause to match the new definition of the "complete". Obviously, there are requirement suffix had to change. Yesterday, the B line could be more complete that the line has only if its middle_name took longer; now, they can be the same. But we cannot tolerate a situation where a line is it's own parent: to avoid to connect BY loops, add a condition that the middle_name or the suffix must be different.

  • How to choose IMAP or POP, when adding another email account

    Recently, I wanted to add another (IMAP) e-mail account in the mail. I opened the mail, choose Add account in Messaging menu and then a different e-mail account. In earlier versions of the mail, you can choose the type of account in the first step, but in version 9.3 (3124) you are prompted to type only the username, your email address and your password. If you then click Next, mail adds an account without having to ask for the account type. In my case the added mail always one account pop. I couldn't change the account type in the account properties. The field for the incoming mail server shows gray the pop mail server. The only way to add an IMAP account type in incorrect parameters in the first step. Then, a window opens where I could type in the incoming and outgoing mail server settings. Same behavior on my iPhone with iOS 9.3.2 5s (13F69).

    Best regards Lutz

    Well at some point you can hold down the option key after completing the first screen and then press the continue Option, but it seems that no longer works.

    So now, when you add a new account, put in incorrect information in the user name or password, or both. Which will cause a failure and make up the most advanced screen, where you can choose the type of account that you are interested in.

  • PERC H330 and Raid 5, try adding another SATA drive raid 5 array

    Hi all

    I have one server PowerEdge T330 with 8 slots of disc and have currently 3 SATA drives running a raid 5 configuration.  I have a virtual disk configured for Raid (must).

    The operating system recognizes the disk and is able to use the resources...

    My desire is to add another hard drive to the table (hard disks of the same size, same brand, etc.) with 4 disks without losing any data.

    I looked in the settings of the iDrac and the only adjustment was to add the new disk as a global hot spare or a hot spare dedicated to the virtual drive.

    I also looked in the BIOS and do not see a way to add the new drive.

    Does anyone know how to increase capacity?  I can blow the virtual drive if necessary and start over without problem.  I intend to gradually accomplish this Act until adding 8 disks. (5 times).

    Help!

    Hello.

    Management controllers RAID and tables is not made in the BIOS iDRAC or systems. For the management of the RAID (virtual disks) arrays, you have OpenManage Server Administrator (OMSA). If not installed, see the link: http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=TK61C once installed, go to-> Storage->-> H330 PERC controllers-> virtual disk--> sub tasks available-> select reconfigure and run-> then check a box to add the fourth disk on the next page. Follow the prompts and allows you to extend your range of RAID 5.

    CIW-WEBAGT-L ICM ENTERPRISE WEB AGENT

    Hello

    There is no way of knowing the type of license you have in ICM. You should consult the orders to know.

    With ICM and CTIOS agent licenses have no associated license file. In this case, the Agent Standard license is a single voice (without CTIOS) agent in a PBX (Avaya, Nortel,...). Premium agent is an agent who will use your desktop application with CTIOS CTI.

    Therefore, check youe in order to know what type of license you purchase. But, if you have a CIM with CTIOS deployment, you must purchase licenses award-winning agent surely.

    Hope this helps,

  • [JS] Menu added via script moves

    I was able to sucessfully add items at the mercy of the InDesign menu partly to Marijan Tompa (tomaxxi) blog post http://indisnip.wordpress.com/2010/08/08/create-customized-menu/

    My test (below) code creates a new menu and sucessfully adds two menu items and a submenu. The submenu causes me problems. When you first launch InDesign, it is created in its place (in the middle of the menu). But when you restart InDesign, the submenu will move to the top of the menu and never goes back to its good position further down in the menu where it was the first time that InDesign was launched.

    I searched up and down in this forum, the web and the InDesign documents and cannot find a way to stop it from moving (I want the menu to be further down the menu, not on top). I hope one of you kind souls will help me control the position of the submenu (and have it stay across launches).

    Thanks in advance!

    Dan

    Here's the code I'm working with. This is recorded as testMenu.jsx in the Scripts > startup scripts folder.

    P.S. I'm trying this in CS5.5 currently, but ideally, this solution should work in CS3 and later.

    #targetengine "myTestMenu"

    var myFolder = Folder(app.activeScript.path);
    myFolder = myFolder.parent + '/Scripts Panel/';

    var menuItem1Handler = function( /*onInvoke*/ ){
      app.doScript(File(myFolder + 'MyTest1.jsx'));
    };

    var menuItem2Handler = function( /*onInvoke*/ ){
      app.doScript(File(myFolder + 'MyTest2.jsx'));
    };

    menuInstaller()
    function menuInstaller() {
      var menuItem1T = "My Menu Item 1",
           menuItem2T = "My Menu Item 2",
           menuT = "MyTestMenu",
                 subT = "Sub Menu",
           subs = app.menus.item("$ID/Main").submenus, sma, mnu;
      var refItem = app.menus.item("$ID/Main").submenus.item("$ID/&Layout");

      subMenu1 = app.scriptMenuActions.item(menuItem1T);
      if( subMenu1 == null ) {
              subMenu2 = app.scriptMenuActions.add(menuItem1T);
      }

      subMenu2 = app.scriptMenuActions.item(menuItem2T);
      if( subMenu2 == null ) {
              subMenu2 = app.scriptMenuActions.add(menuItem2T);
      }
      subMenu2.eventListeners.add("onInvoke", menuItem2Handler);

      mnu = subs.item(menuT);
      if( mnu == null ) {
                mnu = subs.add(menuT, LocationOptions.after, refItem);
      }
      mnu.menuItems.add(subMenu1);
      mnu.menuSeparators.add();

      subsSubs = app.menus.item( '$ID/Main' ).submenus.item( menuT ).submenus;
      mnuSubMenu = subsSubs.item( subT );
      if( mnuSubMenu == null ) {
              mnuSubMenu = subsSubs.add( subT);
      }

      mnu.menuItems.add(subMenu2);
    };

    Thank you all very much for your answers and thank you substances making it finally work!

    Just to ensure that it can serve as one resource for others in the future, below is a menu (work) final based on the code of Harb. I also added 2 submenu items just to be complete.

    Thanks again to all. I'm so happy that you could help to get this working!

  • A script can run another script?

    Ladies and gentlemen,

    I don't know of a function call to another file for which I used the #include directive. I want to run a .jsx I don't know until run time.

    So far, I found this: If a script file contains

    #target framemaker

    It is possible to use line (lvFilename) () .execute (without the target instruction that would just open the script in ESTK).

    But: The execute() method triggers a warning that I need to run only scripts that are from reliable sources (or so...).

    Is there another method to run other scripts? Or y at - it a way to make my trusted scripts?

    -Michael

    Michael, here's another idea of eval():

    scriptFile var = File('/c/Projects/ExtendScript/Alert.jsx');
    var script = "#include" + scriptFile.fullName;

    eval (script);

    I tried this and it handles nested #includes and $. Filename. I can't be sure it would work in any case however. I think there must be a more elegant way...
