  When I middle - click the mouse on a tab, it will open another tab with a copy of this page. For example, when I go to Pogo.com on one of recent games here I've sometimes will use the middle button to reopen the page and check the status of a fault, if it has been activated and the extent of the progress made. Now when I click middle mouse on a tab it will close the tab and if only one tab is open out of the browser.

  Hi, you can copy a tab open pointing to reload the current page (right end of the address bar) by clicking the mouse wheel.

  If you want the browser remains open when you close the last tab, type Subject: config in the address bar, press ENTER, accept the warning, scroll to browser.tabs.closeWindowWithLastTab and double-click on it to change the 'value' of true to False.

  I can create a link to Point to a file in the properties panel, pointing to a local file in the file list or pointing to an anchor on the current page.

  Unfortunately, there is no way to do this automatically. The system you have developed is how everyone should do.

• Address in a new tab bar is empty when you click on a link in another tab

  With the help of 39 FF with a MacBookPro Yosemite running.

  For the last few releases, when I click on a link in a tab, the new tab opens to the correct Web site, but the address bar is empty. I can get it by clicking on another tab, then return (but it's boring). Any ideas?

• Under Fire Fox preferences, Search tab - nothing comes - it is a duplicate of another tab - how to fix this?

  I use Firefox on a Mac 10.9.5 37.0.2. The 'search' tab was there when I started to try to get rid of yahoo and have my default search on the google toolbar, but now search will not show its own content. If I click on "general" in the first place, for example, and then click 'Search', no further information on the changes to search tab - it is as if she is still General. If I click on the applications and then search, search displays the same information as that which is under applications - and so on.

  You have Ghostery? It seems to cause this problem. To work around the problem, disable Ghostery or access the settings of Firefox by typing about: preferences in the address bar. You can bookmark it for easy access.

  You can have zoomed pages by accident.
  Reset the zoom of page on pages that are causing problems.

  You can check the setting of the home page and make sure that it doesn't have a leak ' |'.

  Firefox supports several home pages separated by ' |' symbol.

  The CSV file is sent as text/plain. If you want to save the file then right-click and use them "save the link as" to save the file or hold the Alt key and left-click that should work on Windows.

  Gotcha. Go to your desired homepage and close all the tabs you want to NOT open when you click the home button. Then, you have several ways to update the home page setting as described in the article.

  peter_betos, in which case that said simon_hain was not clear, means that it does not use the setActiveTab() method, but just set the property directly with activeTab = yourTabId.

  It should work. If it isn't can you expand on "works do not"? It gives an error message? Quietly running this line, but to no effect, or what?

  Make sure you only take advantage of the ability to log message to resolve this. Put a line like print ("' adjusted activeTab") which follows this line and check that it appears in the output.
