An educational version of CS5 is eligible for individual membership reduced to creative cloud?
I bought my previous CS when I was a student. I'm not now. I want to buy a regular individual membership to creative cloud and was hoping that my previous version of CS would make me eligible for the monthly fee of $29.99 discount. But I have a problem. I am not eligible for the discount?
Unfortunately, you're out of luck. Educational versions are not likely to benefit from discount prices.

As long as you don't care is to have the most recent version of the Adobe products, you can probably still buy CS6 individual licenses for each person. If you want to be aware of your applications, so you can get individual subscriptions for each person as well.

Please disconnect applications Adobe CC and exit Adobe CC.
Reboot the machine and then connect to the application Adobe CC and launch applications.

I FINALLY FOUND a WAY TO TALK to the TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE to ADOBE VIA CHAT, the OTHER NIGHT, IT OF 01:30 and WAS making it impossible for me to continue MENTAL fatigue so I asked the tech email I could send the file that he wanted me to leave a screenshot and I would send this morning, he gave me a link, and the next day I tried to get the system error still once , so I could make the screen shot and send it, 24 hours later it finally err'd and when I clicked on the link, he gave me he asks me questions, after question 30, I'm exasperated me I JUST WANT to SEND FING SCREEN SHOT so they can fix their program darn. does anyone know the email for tech support to the CREATIVE CLOUD?

I bought Photoshop CC 2015 creative thinking Cloud before running the trial version of my computer. After you have installed the creative cloud, the box with the number of days remaining still apears. How can I proceed?

Only numbers of series CS6 can be exchanged against Windows to Mac (and vice versa)

Hello, as stated in the title, I recently bought a one year student membership to Cloud Adobe Creative suite, with the confirmation number provided by email. It's been more than 24 hours, and I still cannot download my purchase. When I click on the download button, the download starts, but is only to between 4 and 30% before stopping. Error messages that are returned are 201 or 1001. 201 refers to the Internet connection which, according to the website of my ISP, is fine. Referring to the 1001 error troubleshooting section offers all first uninstall the desktop app creative cloud and then reinstall it before you run the vacuum cleaner. However, I am unable to uninstall the trial version, only receives a message that uninstalling cannot happen because other applications use. None are open and even a restart does not solve the problem.
Adobe phone service is naturally closed at the time wherever I come home from work, and their chat tool is inactive since purchase. So, I turn on the forums. If someone from Adobe can contact me, or if anyone in the Adobe community has useful advice, it will be greatly appreciated.

For the trial;
First of all, disconnect, then back into creative cloud, using adobe id to pay for your subscription.

Can I charge for an application made in Creative Cloud DPS?
We want to DPS to create cookbooks for iPad coming out once all the few months. They will be separate, and we want to be able to charge for them through the Apple store. The version of creative cloud of DPS will allow this? Are there costs that take Adobe other than monthly fees of CC?
The Adobe documentation does not seem to cover this, so any help is greatly appreciated!

Altogether. And I'll go further and say that if you are paying for them, you might just have a better chance of getting their approval.
I replied to you on my blog, but for walkers... If you take on a project like this, it is best to find similar projects which have already been approved so you can be prepared to appeal a rejection.

Hi all, I'm quite new here and I really need help!
I have purchase a plan from month to month for Adobe Illustrator and it does not at all! Creative cloud does not recognize my subscription even after receiving an email of confirmation of purchase from them. I'm really angry that there is not anyway to email Adobe or call them (I'm in Singapore).
I check my account on the website and it says that I can't look at my plans/subscription now for maintenance.
Which means that anything that I can do, even if I want to terminate the program now. It is a very overwhelming experience T.T
