  I'm sorry I'm still really new to android and will have a hard time finding it.

  I am facing a problem with the ClipboardManager of our Android app scope. We use the Clipboard to copy text and select Paste in text edit fields.

  Situation: Place the text into the pit of the Manager "ClipboardManager.setPrimaryClip (...)" or "ClipboardManager.setText (...)", translated by empty Clipboard Manager:

  'ClipboardManager.getPrimaryClip ()' and 'ClipboardManager.getText ()' return the NULL value

  "ClipboardManager.hasPrimaryClip ()" and "ClipboardManager.hasText ()" return FALSE

  The only way to get the ClipboardManager filled with data, is a native application, text selection, copying. Then and then only, we have the ability to 'Paste' in our EditText fields, and the date is properly glued in the field.

  There is a problem with the custom library code DPS Configurator on 4.0.4. We don't know why it does not work, but the owner of the tool studied.

  With regard to the other post about 4.1.2 How long did you create the zip file in the DPS Configurator? There were some problems with it on Android from the beginning, but we have resolved these weeks and have not heard of issues except on 4.0.4.

  For mobile applications you do not use a Verisign key - you use the one that you are provided by Google, Apple or RIM.

  For applications PlayBook: If your application is intended for a limited number of users, you can either side load the app on their tablet from a PC/Mac, use the sandbox option to give them access to new applications in the App World, or you can publish it in App World and control who can use it via a license server.

  In addition, RIM working on a 'corporate' App World, where a company can simply add their own applications private for internal use and control via BES strategies. They have talked about this at the DevCon in November. Not sure of the release date.

  For IOS: Don't know, probably something to do with the distribution company options in the App Store.

  What I'm going to describe is difficult to type, so I hope that you can open this page on your tablet.

  This is not possible with Android (or Windows) viewers with Digital Publishing Suite. In 2015, DPS, you can build an application and set on each collection if you want the playback position of items to remember. If you need to disable the memory of reading position I suggest creating an application of DPS 2015 instead.

  If you create a simple editing application, you can't. We only support simple editing on iPads.

  I'm not aware of a Firebug user interface board. I recommend using the default dev tools, remote debugging option in Firefox for Android and the WebIDE to inspect pages on a phone.

  Some of the images are a little dated, but the main steps in https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Remote_Debugging/Debugging_Firefox_for_Android_with_WebIDE_clone are correct.

• Optimized WLan keyboard Android (PA3959U) - Galaxy S3 typing question

  I bought this keyboard today and paired very well to my Samsung Galaxy S3, which I would like to have an external keyboard for email etc.

  It works "kind of" until I continue to type something happens where he jumps in the characters of the CAPS and the space bar no longer works. Until I press the 'internet' shortcut key then it works normally again for a sentence or 2, then flips back to CAPS and not more than space.

  I'm probably going to get a refund on this keyboard tomorrow, but thought that posting a little question here to see if anyone has experienced this problem or knows how to fix it before I return it?

• Question about phone and / or Android 1.5

  I have a question or a statement that needs confirmation. If someone could be good enough to help out I'd appreciate it.

  I am a heavy Texter and text on a daily basis, probably an average of about 250 + texts per day. Also, I noticed and I took County, after about 4 hours of texting the android keyboard and also the swype keyboard, affecting the time key to key response starts to slow down and get slow and ultimitely is unbearable to the text with. Even with the home screen and sliding screens from left to right, and as I said it doesn't happen only after some hours of use of the phone. So, I have to restart the phone and repeat for it keep to become lazy and unbearable to text with. I usually reset every morning or when I wake up. This is nothing compared to my sisters Mytouch, which is in fact older than my phone, it can affect his day at the time and not get done with the delayed touch response. I also noticed that his phone is running Android 1.6.

  Now my concern is, if I'm the only one knows this or is it due to a defective phone. What is the Android obsolete 1.5 that many people are talking about who is performing on the phone in this way.

  In addition to the status bar you mentioned, there is another way...
