Animate a PSB in a PSD file?

I work with a Photoshop file containing some PSB layers, when you click on the PSB layer you can put in whatever you want and it is reflected in the higher PSD file.

I animated the PSB file, but when I export it as a GIF, I do not see the animation.

I guess you're talking about smart objects when you say layers PSB. :-) You can export the dynamic object 'child' (the PSB doc) with export file > enregistrer to save for Web, choose GIF and you will see your animation options. Load in a browser to view your animation.

But if you close the PSB doc, animation will not be exported with the file 'parent' that contains the layer object dynamic (because the animation is in the other, PSB file). Unless you have a good reason to use a dynamic object with your project workflow, you can consider creating your animation on layers in your document, not in the child of the dynamic object files.

  • The PSB (textures 3D and Smart Objects) are stored in the PSD file?

The subject line is the main issue. But I have a few other questions: the PSB files are stored (in the Windows operating system) in the folder Temp of the user. Why? My Temp folder has a dozen PSB files with various dates. Is there a reason that they do not disappear when a PSD file is saved? Remains of the PS crashes?

Same questions for Smart Object PSB files.

    Thank you

Yes, a smart object is a container for a file embedded as a PSB (large Document of Photoshop), EPS, PSD, TIFF, PDF, etc.

Material 3D textures are incorporated in a document by using the mechanism of the SO.

When you choose to edit a written Photoshop, SO the ER is incorporated into a temporary file and opens in a new window.

My Temp folder has a dozen PSB files with various dates. Is there a reason that they do not disappear when a PSD file is saved? Remains of the PS crashes?

Photoshop will normally remove the temporary file when the master document (the one containing the SO) is closed. If you wish, you can watch the creation and deletion of these files. An accident before closing the document master is expected to be the only reason that there is a PSB wandering in Temp.

  • Repair damaged adobe photoshop .psd files?

One of my project files has been removed in a terrible accident. I won't go into it, but I got one of the .psd files using a commercial conservation program (Fast File Undelete data DTI). It did not work (go figure) and whenever I try to open the file .psd photoshop (7.0) shows a message box that says: "there was a problem to read the data in the layer. Read the composite data instead? "When I click on the play button of Composite data another box shows that reads,"cannot open '[file name]' because the file is not compatible with this version of photoshop. »

It seems as it is very close to work, because there isn't even a vignette. I also got a handful of .jpg and .tga, who are also broke. Does anyone know of a utility that could attempt to repair a .psd, .tga or a .jpg?

Repair Kit PSD that repairs the Photoshop files and you give image repaired to the original format as well as repaired layers and the corresponding safe bitmap file.

-Repair of PSD files developed using any color mode of Photoshop

-Repairs corrupt the PSB ("large document format") files

-Fix images with the DDP file extension

-Provides the bitmap of the repaired Photoshop file

    -Takes to load Adobe Photoshop CS5, CS4, CS3, CS2 CS1

    SECOND FREE SOLUTION:

Photoshop is adding sometimes a few bytes at the beginning of the file when the file is saved, then the same Photoshop gives an error and complained that the files... All you have to do is delete the Group of bytes that unnecessarily.

Assuming that you know already what is a HEX editor and how to use it I'll write here a few steps, you can do before opening a "corrupt": PSD file

    1. make a backup (copy) of the file before making any changes.

2 - Open the file "corrupted" in a HEX editor used (text editor NOT!) and look for such groups of fairness at the beginning: 8 bits/s and after a few bytes 8BIM another group of bytes, then 8BIM.

3 - this succession must be respected strictly: 8BPS... 8BIM... 8BIM. these groups should be very close to each other and it is easy to find.

4 - remove all the bytes before 8 group BPS (shift + delete) and save the file... =)

5 - open in Photoshop and have fun.

  • Import PSD files question - Easy 10 points?

So, I import a PSD file with a background layer, which I want to remain static throughout the film and also several other layers I want to animate. Here's my problem... I can't understand how get the background layer to stay visible all along the movie once I create tweens for other layers, without manually copy and paste frame 1 to all the other images... Ouch! There must be something very obvious, that I do not, Yes? Probably, it goes without saying that I am a first time 'designer '. Thanks for the help! -Greg

If you have something in the first frame of a layer that you want to display in each frame of the movie, then go to the last frame of the movie and add a new image to this layer to the last frame of the movie. Flash fills each frame between the first and the last.

  • Abused any PSD file

I have a PSD file which, on importation of Illustrator is manhandled.
    Screenshot_2.png

As stated above, the white block of the rectangle doesn't do not part of the original design. Similarly, many borders of the rectangle are also missing.
What could be the reason and how to fix it?

It looks like he has extreme zoom (16%). The lines do appear when you zoom in?

What about the white box: check the layer belnding modes in Photoshop. They could get lost or converted incorrectly when importing.

The same bug is discussed in this thread the Advanced Options to facilitate import dialog is not visible (OS X 10.11) and Adobe staff is aware and looking inside.

  • Help! PSE14 now crashes when trying to open the complex PSD file

Today, whenever I try to load a quite complicated PSD file, PSE14 crashes and I have to end task it. Here are the files that I have worked with. They charge fine until today.

I rebooted, but the problem persists.

I had this problem when the assessment initially PSE, and mysteriously, it resolved itself.

There was an upgrade of Windows 10 last night. Maybe it was the question? I need to be able to access these files.

  • First use - crashes when opening a PSD file

The first thing I did when I ran Photoshop Elements to open a PSD file that I had received from graphic designer.

It crashed. Not frozen, no hourglass. I couldn't close it. I got it to EndTask.

When I opened it again, I could open a jpg fine, but when I tried to open the PSD again, it crashed.

I tried an another PSD of the same creator: same result. The files I want to open are approximately 150 megabytes.

I downloaded a sample PSD on the internet, and I could charge it very well.

Please tell me what is the problem. I buy this software only because I need to be able to open PSD files.

    Thank you

  • Why can't copy several layers and groups in a new PSD file?

I created a bunch of new files PSD w / they must be the pixel dimensions. But I can't copy over 1 layer in these new files in a source file (w / all of my work). Why is this? Does anyone know?

Go to Image > Mode for each file type and check that they are both RGB, or the two etc. CMYK. An adjustment layer, such as a curve or a Hue/Saturation, which is setting red, green, and blue pixel in an RGB document, cannot be moved in a CMYK document (or grayscale, etc.) because the color channels, that layer is adjusted are not there. This means that your new PSD files should be replaced by the same color mode as the documents you want to duplicate adjustment layers of.

  • Impossible to import PSD files to LR

    Hello

Is there a way to bypass the ridiculous situation of not being able to import PSD files in LR without using the function to maximize compatibility?

I find it odd that two products from the same company may not talk to each other without me increasing the file size significantly. A typical PSD for me is about 130 MB, but to maximize compatibility turned up that shoots up to more than 200 MB - multiply it by thousands of files and there are plenty of cloud taken over just so that two sister programs can communicate with each other.

Someone at - he found a solution?

My computer recently had an error with the System 32 and will not open if I reformat, which means I lose everything on it. No problem, because I supported straight? It turns out that all my backups say they are corrupt. Do I just terrible luck, or is there a reason why none of my files works when I try to open them on another computer?

Try the bugcheck on the ext hdd. Right click on the drive in 'my computer' > 'properties' > 'Tools' > click 'check now '.

You can restart your pc and reconnect the ext hdd.
