  I work for a small company based in the House of my boss of IT services. If "Other user" is selected, a complete login prompt appears requesting a user name and password. This is standard fair for Windows 8, especially on a domain.

  2. are you able to boot into safe mode without any problem?

  Since you are not able to restore the system to normal mode, I suggest you to do a system restore to a recent date of WinRE using the full version of Windows Vista disk.

  Since you've already deleted the user account, you would not be able to recover the data.

  However, you can use any third party to the data recovery software.

  NOTE: using third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.

  I'm trying to publish a movie on this computor in Windows Movie Maker. The files are .wmv with a band his .wav and are all stored on my computor. I performed this task with success several times and there is enough free space on the computor.

  When I click on publish, there are a few seconds where he tries to publish, but then the program goes into a gel and the dialog box appears with the following: "another user is running Windows Movie Maker on this computor.   What was the source of the. WMV files? They are all from the same source?

  They were converted from another format? If_Yes_ maybe another
  Converter would be worth a try.

  You change them widely? (split, rotation, transitions...)

  There is a possibility that you could import the Windows Media .wmv files
  Encoder and convert them to... .WMV to .wmv. Seems pointless, I know...
  but it would create a new .version of the. WMV files and can fix that
  perhaps never the problem.

  (FWIW... it's always a good idea to create a system)
