  The CSV file is sent as text/plain. If you want to save the file then right-click and use them "save the link as" to save the file or hold the Alt key and left-click that should work on Windows.

  I didn't know I was so vague with my information. However I understand it. I continued to try to export contacts from a previous e-mail program to a .csv file and few would go. I went back in my contacts Windows Mail, click on properties and noticed that the contacts had somehow hidden checked. I have then all selected and not the box and now they appear in the Select Recipient window.

  I guess you don't watch this page when you closed Firefox last time. Also that you are not in private, correct navigation mode? Looks like it is maybe a problem with Firefox being able to save your file pref.js. You should try the steps listed in the preferences section that won't save trouble. Try and let me know how it goes.

  The initial view (IV) parameters are not part of the options when you create a new PDF, either in Acrobat or the Distiller.

  There are several options to apply IV depending on the version of Acrobat you are using. You can create an Action in Acrobat X that applies IV to any file open according to your needs and possibly save it as well. In Acrobat 9 or an earlier version, you can do a similar thing with a sequence of batch process.

  If you need to reach IV in the context of the creation while you can use a "epilogue.ps" script to add commands that Distiller will add to the PDF and link PS file to one of the presets of distillery distillers.

  I understand you are trying to set an application to open its windows on a particular space. To do this, move to the space that you want to use for the desired application, and then choose 'The Office' in the list of options you mentioned see (under Options).

  The option that you describe as missing is displayed only if you have connected an additional external display to your iMac and would set the app to open on the iMac screen or the external display.

  Office on the screen [number]: the application opens in the current space on a specific screen (if more than one display is available).

  When I start my laptop, windows 7, I think that 64 - bit and it starts normally but after a second, I can't click anything on my taskbar and I can click on the Start button but nothing in it. I can't right click on the toolbar to start the Task Manager or press ctrl shift esc. When I press ctrl alt del, it will take a few seconds to load then the screen will go black and say that the logon process failed disppay of safety and connection options when ctrl alt delete is pressed. When I click on one of the icons on my desktop, there was the circle of rotation as if his tent but then going to give up. The problem started a few days ago and I did a system restore to 2 days before it happened and it changed nothing. I have avast and found no virus and I had a legitimate registry cleaner/Fixer and ran both in safe mode and found about 360 registry errors and starts normally again and the same problem persists.   Problem solved. No apparent reason, the two choices (save downloads and open in photos) presented disappeared and now I have the only option I get is to open the image in preview. No idea how this happened, but my problem is solved.

  Yes there is no option when you create the application. I think the wizard is just that you can quickly configure app who report, form... and you need not set a lot of things.

  When I create new app I create just a blank page.
  Then I add pages. Then the assistants who gives more options that you did mentioned

  There is a button to force a download of the Guide - it's under "automatic download options" (tasks > settings > general)
  However, in your case, you must re-run the installation of TV program (tasks > settings > TV > TV Signal > set up the TV signal (path is win7;) Vista is similar).
  You may not (and may never) just 'change your zone' - rather, you rerun setup of TV when you move.
