  If you see only the fonts system and no additional (specific program) installed fonts, then you can try the following steps and check.

  Most likely, the fonts are installed on your computer are hidden. Did the same by following these steps.

  Method 1:

  a. open fonts by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, appearance and personalization, and then clicking fonts.

  b. now click organize , and then click on folder and search options.

  c. click the display and check to select Show hidden files, folders and drives.

  d. click apply and OK. Check if you see all the fonts.

  (Make sure that show you the files hidden after the repair is done by selecting don't show hidden files, folders and drives.)

  Method 2:

  Try to perform the clean boot procedure and check if it helps.

  Some time ago I downloaded a lettertype True Type, named paper Johhny Eins. He appeared in Muse as system font. And I've been using this lettertype for months for the two web sites. Yesterday paper Johhny Eins was absent from the list of system fonts and Muse had replaced all my text with an another lettertype, call this Alternative lettertype. I found the fonts.db file and renamed. When I reopened it Muse, paper Johhny Eins had reappears in the list of system fonts. In the list, the text of the sample looks good, as paper Johhny Eins is supposed to look like. However, when I try to apply the paper Johhny Eins, the text still appears as the lettertype Alternative. What it seems Muse has now mixed paper Johhny Eins with the lettertype Alternative. How to solve this problem?

• Issue of Mac system fonts!

  I'm working on a Mac. American Typewriter comes with the computer as a system font. I created a logo with that font. The customer would like me to include fonts in the 'packaging' of the logo. Is this right? It will be used in print, online and television.

  It is not a matter that we can not easily and conclusively answer here because the police in question was not licensed by Adobe.

  The American Typewriter font shipped with Mac OS are indeed visible and usable in Adobe applications. In fact, I tried to create an InDesign document using all six styles of the font on my Mac system. I exported successfully to PDF/X-4 of InDesign and policies incorporated without problem.

  However, all this means is that Apple (or the Foundry including Apple licenses the police) do not have any physical security in place to prevent inclusion in the PDF (EPS or PostScript). That being said, you must obtain the current license for the police to Apple to determine if they or their provider has no restriction against such commercial use.

  If you had permitted the police to Adobe, the answer was you could embed fonts and use them as you described. You might not nest them in an HTML stream or with an application program for dynamic use (as with an iOS or Android app). But in the context of a static logo, you'd be ready to go.

  You should see if Apple has its licensing policies on its website in order to ensure that their restrictions, if any, are. If the license is not on their Web site, you may contact the Legal Department of Apple.

  Small question. Not super important. I'm moving my sytem to Archer Pro or similar policy and After Effects does not start with any of those I choose. I was curious, if there is a list of system fonts that AE is supported or if there was a way for the AE to ignore my choice of system fonts, so that I can overcome this problem. I would just have a custom system. If not, there is a way around it, I'll live. Haha.

  If the application does not work, it may be a good idea to take it down while the new version is in the approval process, but more than a month waiting on a new version is not normal.

  Since you are aware CC Illustrator and the CC desktop application, you can see if this feature is shown to you in Illustrator CC?
