App Store not opening not need to perform a malware application

I get an error message saying cannot open the store - I am unable to run the malware app without having to download store - without execution of malware, I am unable to use the surface - pulling on my hair, would be grateful for any assistance

  • What is the exact error message you get?
  • You did it of any significant changes to the computer before this problem?

The question could arise for various reasons including corrupt cache corruption app store or because of the internet connection by proxy. This can be reduced if we know the exact error message. In the meantime, I suggest trying the following methods and check if the problem persists.

Method 1:

It can happen due to a problem with the application itself. So, I suggest the utility of troubleshooting apps and see if the problem still occurs.

  • Search App Store not available?

    Everything seems to work in the App Store, except the search option.  When I try to look for an app, I get the "App Store not available" message.  It happens on my iPhone and iPad.  Any suggestions on how to fix the error?  I tried the option hard/soft reset already.

  • Why is the app store not update/download apps

    It has been more than a week.  I have 35 applications that need to be updates and new applications I want to achieve... downloaded and the app store is dead... just dead and useless.  I did research on the issue and none of the solutions I've scratched the work.  How Apple let this just drag?

    In addition, I feel like that has happened, my battery seems to be draining much faster than usual.  I can't help but speculate that something is happening in the background of this phone and it's associated software.

    If my version 9.2 is not the most recent, then my phone is not letting me check for later version software (an error pops up when checking for software updates in the settings... this small wheel just guard spinning that appears an error message).

    If this continues, I'll have to bring my phone and I am seriously considering to return to Android.  I'm frustrated to say the least... and is preparing to launch this gigantic brick of a phone off the Bay Bridge.  Help!

    I downloaded a program of conversion of graphics widely used and much appreciated in the App Store ($39.99) only to find out after that I recorded and tried to use it it lacks all the features and does not the a specific task (read and convert Kodak PCD files) I bought it for. There was no warning or other indication on the Apple App Store was selling a version modified and disabled. I've never met this before.  What should I do?

    Under OS X El Capitan 10.11.4 iMac.  When you click on the App Store, it does not; the wheel of time turns just in the upper left corner.  The last time that the App Store has opened, I tried to update of the Keynote, and Numbers (I clicked on update and walked away); now they show on the Launchpad as if suspended so I open them via the Finder.  It is a problem I've had for at least a month; I have no trouble to solve because I rarely use the iMac, but I don't want to correct any suggestion would be gr.

    Since the App Store does not open, check if the startup disk need to repair and restore OS X using OS X Recovery.

    Start your Mac while pressing the command + R keys.

    From there, you should be able to access the built in utilities in OS X recovery to repair the boot and OS X restore disc.

  • Opening 3.6 will not install on the App Store

    I have Aperture 3.4.5 installed on my iMac.  I recently updated my OS from the Lion to El Capitan.  Now opening will not run and the App Store says a 3.6 update is available.  When I try to update for the opening of the App Store, it prompt you first connect with my Apple ID.

    After signing in, I get a dialog box indicating "Update not available with this Apple ID" "this update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by another user or the item has been refunded or cancelled."

    I bought the physical support for Aperture and could keep it always current by using the software update.  So I'm at a loss on how to proceed from here.  Furthermore, I have exactly the same problem with iPhoto.  Suggestions other that lugging my iMac in an Apple Store for help?

    Only opening 3.6 is fully compatible with El Capitan.  But this update is available for versions of opening that are associated with your AppleID on the App Store.

    For a limited time (wth the liberation of the Mavericks and opening 3.5.1) was it possible to upgrade your Aperture the retail box version to the version of the AppStore. But this window of opportunity no longer exists because Apple stopped selling opening from the AppStore. Now software update is no longer works.

    You can reinstall opening and update this way to version 3.6, if your version of Aperture is displayed in the history of the purchases on the App Store.  Opening appears in the fourth tab - shopping?  If this isn't the case, you can only update with the help of Apple Support. Apple support needs a code of redemption for you, so that you can install the update.

    I would like to inform you that the proxy server is not recommended to access the app Store of Windows because it does not work, disable proxy server try the following methods and then try to connect to the Windows store.

    Method 1: Disable the Proxy Server.

    1. open Internet Explorer.

    2. click on the gear in the top right of the Internet Explorer icon.

    3. click on Internet Options.

    4. now click on the Connections tab and click LAN settings.

    5. clear the use a proxy server for your LAN box.

    6. now try to connect to the Windows store and see if it works.

    Method 2: If the steps above has not resolved the problem, I suggest you to refer to the article below and perform troubleshooting.
