  Here's what you can try.

  1 Rename folder OOBE OOBE_old of the below mentioned location and try to install the latest version.

  • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe

  2. Rename Adobe Creative cloud of: C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe

  3. install Creative Cloud app - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html

• IOS App stuck 9.3

  Square drive app stuck on the home screen and his gray. IT says square register as it is completely downloaded. If I click on it it says sometimes waiting and sometimes does not. If I'm going to try to remove the app it asks if I want to remove it. I say Yes. It will not delete, it just stays there. I tried power cycling the phone as well as the soft reset the phone. I tried signing on iTunes Store and signing of return. If I go to App Store and search for the app, it is said it is already downloaded and it shows the button open but it does not meet me by clicking on it. Other than a reset anyone have other options? Other than waiting for an app update or software update.

  Try to turn off WiFi or put your device in airplane mode. Then restart and turn on WiFi or disable airplane mode. Then press the icon and see if it will resume the download.

  Unfortunately no, but the workaround is to delete the App Store icon from the dock.

  In this way, you will not see the Red badge updated on App Store icon.

  Click and drag the App Store upwards and the dock until he goes, 'poof '.

• El Capitan 10.11.6 updating only not on the App Store update list

  I just installed iTunes 12.4.2 and El Capitan 10.11.6 but only iTunes does appear in the list of the App Store updates 'updates installed in the last 30 days.  Have never seen this before.  Restarted App Store app a few times and restarted the computer.  System seems to work very well.  Not a major problem, but thought I would mention it.

  Follow the 3R - if this does not solve your problem proceed

  Troubleshooting of user is:

  1. reboot, IE power off / on,.

  Try to reset the App Store:

  Close the App Store completely from the window of the selector app by double clicking the Home button and slide up the App Store preview pane until it disappears from the display. Then sign out of the iTunes Store (in the settings).

  Then perform a forced reboot. Hold down the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

  Then reconnect to the iTunes Store.

  Also try by going to settings > general > Restrictions > and make sure that iTunes Store, Apps install, delete the Apps and In - App purchases are all under the section allow. Try to install again.

  Turn off your device and turn it on again. If this does not help, sign out of your account and reconnect.

  In addition, you can try to reset your settings.

  • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
  • Press and hold the Home button
  • Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.

  On your home screen the unit go to Options > device > application > locate and remove BlackBerry App world in this list.

  Same HD, Master catalogue is at the top level folders (broken down by years), which contains the original catalogs I'm importing. So nothing complicated.
