  The error only occurs when the message is sent from Mail on Macbook, NOT sending the iPhone. And only this one contact me. Any ideas? The serial number in the physical box that you buy in the store wasn't the number for the software.  It was the serial number in the cloud, very difficult to know when you see a serial number in the box with the Cd online.  But thanks for the reply to my post.   Ok.  So you're screenshot compared to SCORM clouds now shows you're scoring 100% in the quiz, but your state of completion will still come out incomplete.  Then of course, your quiz notification settings not award success based on passing the test.

  (a) don't you try to install the update manually?

  (b) you get any error message?

  (c) don't you make changes to the computer until the problem occurred?

  (d) what anti-virus software is installed on your computer?

  I suggest you try the steps below and check if it helps

  Method 1:

  If you have installed a security software on the computer, then I suggest you to temporarily disable a software antivirus installed on the computer and check if the same problem occurs

  Note: Please make sure that you activate the software of Antivirus\Firewall after the test to keep your computer protected.

  Method 2:

  I would say as you try to perform the clean boot and then try to install the update and check if it helps, here is the link:

  Vista + do not support a command prompt full screen, as indicated by the message. You can manipulate the available to the command window to specify the width and height to be as big as you want, but this isn't quite the same thing...
