Apple mobile device does not install

HI, I had a problem with the installation of device support mobile apple on my laptop. My laptop will recognize my phone but itunes won't and I just bought the new iphone 5 and called apple to see if they can solve the problem, but they said they couldn't that there must be a problem Microsoft or Toshiba. I've never had a problem with my itunes before until the new itunes came out and I start really to get upset. Someone please help.
Thank you
Dana

Hello

This happened to me when I upgraded to iTunes 11.0. It would not read my nano 6th generation. I would like to download the new version: 11.0.1. That fixed the problem for me.

Evasive classic.  It's always the problem of the other guy.

And the classic response of some evil-educated person "technical support":

Microsoft help put me on this site

If the error message says 'Mobile Apple Device not found Driver' then it's an Apple problem, pure and simple.  The device driver mobile for the iPhone comes from Apple, not Microsoft.

Do you remember what you were doing when you "deleted all the drivers mobile when I uninstalled my Blackberry and removed the current mobile device drivers?"

Probably not... and you have not explained what has been included in "Apple went through everything."  It is time to start over by removing everything related to Apple and then put it back correctly.

First, however, the fact that the iPhone does not load even when connected to a USB port is a bit worrying.  Works in everything else in this USB port (for example, a USB flash drive)?

Have you tried all the USB ports on your computer?  Take a look in the Device Manager (start > run > devmgmt.msc > OK) and see if there are any icons showing warning.  If so, double-click on the entry and information "device status".

Take a look at the event viewer (start > run > eventvwr > OK).  There is no need to go far.  Connect your iPhone, then look at the newspapers (System and Application) for since a few minutes see if there are any errors or warnings.  If so, double-click on it to get the event properties window, and then click the "Copy" icon (just below of the)

Have you tried to recharge the iPhone using the adapter connected to Apple's USB cable?  Does it work?

Have you tried to connect the iPhone to another computer?  With what results?

Assuming that the hardware (iPhone, USB cable, and USB ports on your computer) is not working properly, see the following topics.

To perform a "clean" iTunes installation uses this technique proposed, from Support of Apple HT1926 article.

Warning: uninstall utility for cleaning Windows mentioned in the instructions below has been removed from Microsoft download servers because sometimes it seems more removed he was supposed to (I think that this phenomenon was linked to the bureau uninstalls).  You can still get utility Windows Installer Cleanup--> http://majorgeeks.com/Windows_Installer_CleanUp_Utility_d4459.html here is a free alternative Revo Uninstaller. Before using these cleaning products, you must create a restore point from the system first (or back up the registry with C:\WINDOWS\ERUNT).  See http://windowsxp.mvps.org/registry.htm a complete disk image would be safer if you have this ability.

  • Manager of Apple mobile devices will not install on my windows 7 x 64 dell xps studio laptop

ITunes does not recognize my iphone 4. I reduced the problem to not install the Device Manager. She cancels and install it when I install itunes. I tried clean boot installation, reinstall itunes, separately install the AMD, install versions old iTunes and even tried to use the windows Device Manager to try to detect the iphone camera driver and install this way, but without success. Is there a way to get the AMD installed without having to return to x 32?

Success! I completely uninstalled itunes again after uninstalling the 5 step and delete all files. Created a test administrator account, and then restarted. At a clean boot, and then restarted again. Then downloaded the new 10.1.2 itunes for 64-bit. Then installed itunes on the test account. It worked.

Thanks to persevere on this with me.

My mobile device (Pharos Traveler 137) running windows media 10 mobile player is not detected by Windows Media Player 11 running in Vista.  Connected and synchronized correctly for months, it is not so now, even if the mobile device is detected by the computer and synchronizes correctly for other purposes such as outlook, files, etc..   How to get Windows Media Player to detect once more unit (specifically the card 8 GB storage) in the window of synchronization?

    Hello

    1. don't you make changes before the show?
    2. is the device detected on the computer?

Step 1: We recommend that you check if the sync settings are correct. To do this, follow these steps.
    1 open Windows Media Player.
    2. click on the arrow below the Sync tab, point to the device, and then click Advanced Options.
    3. the Properties dialog box for your device is displayed. Tab sync, box start sync when device connects checkbox.
    4 restart the media player.
The next time that you want sync, connect the device to your computer and click on the Synchronize tab, then click Start Sync.

    2. read how the player will sync your device, which is directly under where you type the name of the device. If storage of the device is more than 4 gigabytes, for example, and your library on Windows Media Player fits on this device, the player chooses automatic.
    3. selection of automatic synchronization means that your device will reflect all your Windows Media Player library and it will do so that whenever it is connected. Click on "Finish".
    4. to synchronize only some of your library when the player chose automatic, you can choose what will sync when you open Windows Media Player. Click on the portable device in the right pane and drag the items you want to synchronize with this device.

  • Hello/iTunes/Apple Mobile Device not install even though I am the administrator

Since end of February I could not reinstall ITunes.  It all started when I tried to put in day, and it wouldn't work.  In the end I uninstalled ITunes and tried to reinstall, but I kept getting this message that the Apple Mobile Device could not be installed (?), and I need to check that I have sufficient privileges to install.

    Since then, I have:

    Ran as administrator

Made sure that 'everyone', 'my user' and the 'administrator' (pretty much just me) have full access

    Disabled user account control

    Cleaned the registry with CCleaner

Command prompt to check the C drive?

Nothing has worked.  I even went in the ITunes folder where my music is, was the administrator, and it still does not.  Recently, I uninstalled Quicktime, Hello and the Apple Mobile Device... everything that Apple.  Still would not work.  I got:

"'Hello Service' (morning Service) service could not be installed.  Make sure you have sufficient privileges to install system services. ».  If I hit "ignore", then it will just do the same except replace "Hello" with "Apple Mobile Device".

    I am at a loss.

    Well, I have a Hewlett-Packard laptop

HP Pavilion Notebook PC g6. 64-bit operating system.

    Windows 7 Home Premium

    6.1.7601 SP1 Build 7601

Processor: AMD A4 - 3305M APU with 2 locations, 2 Lossnay, 1900 Mhz, graphics HD Radeon (TM)

If you need more information, let me know (and maybe how to get it).

    I'm REALLY at a lost.

I posted my reply because of what you have posted; It was incomplete and I thought that you might have missed something:

Recently, I uninstalled Quicktime, Hello and the Apple Mobile Device... everything that Apple.

    There was also:

    Apple Software Update

Application of Apple Support (iTunes 9 or later)
On some systems, iTunes can install two versions of the Apple Application Support. What is expected. If both are present, do not forget to uninstall both versions.

If it still does not, take my advice and contact Apple technical support or ask in their community.

  • Windows 10 apple mobile device was able to start

After trying to update itunes I got the error message that apple Mobile Device could not start. Make sure you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

ITunes is no longer works on my PC of 10 windows and will not reinstall. How can I reinstall itunes and get it working again?

You could start by looking to restart the Apple Mobile Device (AMDS) on Windows - Apple Support.

For general advice, see troubleshooting problems with iTunes for Windows updates.

The steps described in the second case are a guide to remove everything related to iTunes and then rebuild what is often a good starting point, unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.

Review the other boxes and other support documents list to the bottom of the page, in case one of them applies.

More information area has direct links with the current and recent buildings if you have problems to download, must revert to an older version or want to try the version of iTunes for Windows (64-bit-for old video cards) as a workaround for problems with installation or operation, or compatibility with QuickTime software or a third party.

Backups of your library and device should be affected by these measures but there are links to backup and recovery advice there.

If the problem persists and you have a 64-bit system try for the old version of video cards which is a 64-bit Installer for most of the 32-bit code, similar to all 64 bit iTunes up to 12,1 versions.

  • Apple Mobile Device Service 64 couldn't start/install on windows 10?

I would like to know if someone could help me! It is complicated!

I have a computer with windows 10 64-bit (update of programs and drivers), the second generation i7, 16ram and a geforce gtx 590.

Or this error when I try to install the package ninite "could not install application support 64.

Tried several versions, unsuccessfully, tried with package ninite, no chance to install the mobile device service Apple 64-bit...

Tried also to decompose the itunes.exe, with winrar, impossible to install this point.

When this error whow upwards, I have 3 options, break (gives error when try to open), repeat (without success), ignore (gives error, it is not installed when trying to open).

I tried all the time with the Administrator option and also tried the retrocompatiblitity with windows 7 and 8 and no luck too! What a pain!

I stop all programs on the background, the arrested firewall and malware

I already uninstalled all the programs of iTunes with the order provided in this forum, I uninstalled with a uninstaller to know that the registry was clean also.

Reboted, not instaled once again, no luck.

Installed the 64 version of the old system no luck, same error.

Tried to install the 32 version, says that my system is 64...

Jesus, never hurt me so to install an application!

    One more thing!

When I select interruption or ignore the above options, it gives me this error!

And when I try to repair in the applications Manager, gives me the same error! :

    Makes me CRAZY!

What else, next to return to windows 7 or installing windows costs 10 (doubt this work, this facility has been a new), I can try?
