• How to save on multiple audio tracks?

  I'm going by Apple Logic help to try and learn how to use it.  I am currently in the recording section, learn how to record on multiple tracks at once.  Here's what helps:

  Save on multiple audio tracks at once

  1. Do one of the following:
     • Choose file > Audio recordings overlap > Cycle Mode on > create titles and silent.
     • Choose file > Project Settings > save, then choose the Cycle > create titles and Mute from the pop-up menu, overlapping Audio recordings.
     • CTRL-click on the Record button in the control bar, choose Save settings from the context menu, and then choose Cycle > create titles and Mute from the pop-up menu, overlapping Audio recordings.
  2. Set the input source instrument or microphone for each track you want to record.
  3. Click on the button Activate in the track header of each track you want to record.
  4. Move the playhead to the point in the rule where you want to begin recording.
  5. Logic Pro includes a metronome, which plays a steady beat to help you play in time while recording. You can disable this active or disabled using the metronome button in the control bar.
  6. Click the Count button in the control bar so that the metronome play a preset count-in before the start of the recording. Note: For initial configuration, choose registration > plug-in software component count, and select a measure.
  7. Click on the record button in the bar control (or press R) to start recording.
  8. Start to sing or play your instrument. A new audio region appears on each of the active record tracks.
  9. Click on the Stop button in the bar control (or press the space bar) to stop recording.

  I did, but it does not work.  I created two tracks.  I go to a track and click the button Save, then go the other way and click on save, but when I click on the button Save on the Panel at the top, it records only to the last track, I selected the folder it does not save to the other channel.  It seems that as soon as I go to another track and arm to save, it disables the recording on the previous track.  Apparently, help left something in the process.  If anyone can solve this?

  You must assign different entries for each track:

  Input 1 > track 1

• How to manage multiple languages in Eloqua?

  Hi all

  I can't seem to find general advice on handling requriements of several languages in Eloqua can someone direct me to a point good information or the answer to the below please?

  • That happens if we want to use the same instance of Eloqua, but our offices are in different countries, and we therefore speak different languages - can I use the same Eloqua system? (and just to specify a language for each user)
    
  • What happens if we want to send the same email campaign to different countries (and so in different languages - English, Spanish, Chinese) English speaking same user/login?
    
  • What happens if clients need fill in the same form, but with different input languages? If that means the fields that the references of the form end up having all the different languages in there?
    

  Any other help/pointers would be very much appreciated!

  Hello Lauren, answer to your questions is YES.

  • You can manage several language requirements within the system Eloqua himself.
  • You can use the activity driving content in emails to send the same email but in different languages based on the languages.
  • If you make use of the Landing pages, then you can use the alternate page for different languages.
  • For the form, you can use a form and create multiple presentations for different languages.

• Publish an application in multiple languages

  Hi all

  We have published a magazine app with dps. The content of this application is entirely in English, now, we would like to publish the application in other languages like Chinese or German. As far as I know, apple won´t accept an identical application, where only the language has changed. So I wonder if it's possible with DPS to integrate the different languages in a single application?

• Apple Watch Calorie change tracking after the update

  This weekend I upgraded my watch v2.2.2 Watch OS and my phone to the iOS v9.3.3.

  Before this update, I would generally work everyday for about 2.5 hours (treadmill walk). I use my watch used to be in unison with the treadmill C1800. Both would record almost identical values for markets (in the tens of thousand) miles and calories (usually less than 50).

  Since the update my active calories for the same training sessions decreased by about 25-30% on the watch. I followed the instructions to recalibrate the watch, but nothing has changed.

  For example, today I walked for an hour in the morning at the speed and incline typical. The treadmills showed that I burned for 862 calories. The watch showed that I burned TOTAL 669 calories (calories active were about 100 less). Miles are still almost identical as what is shown on the treadmill.

  My number of calories used to be pretty close to 100 burned by 1000 measures. Today I am currently at 27 412 stages, 14.8 miles and 1883 calories active (at 16:30). My last full day of activities recorded before the update was 24 445 steps, 13,47 miles and calories 2 488. I went from 9.82 steps/calorie 14.55 steps/calorie. I have hundreds of workouts in before the update that clearly illustrate this difference. I don't understand how this is possible without a bug or calculation change.

  Has anyone run into this problem and found a solution?

  The following steps may help:

  • Estimates of active calories depends, in part, your personal information. To verify that this is correct - and update over time:
    • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: My Watch tab > health > edit - tap and adjust the settings, then press on in fact.
  • To optimize the performance of the frequency heart rate sensor (data where is also used when estimating calories), make sure you wear your watch fits on top of your wrist and the back of your watch is clean. • Open letter to Apple - please keep on track development and update of iWork (Pages, Numbers and Keynote)

  Dear Sir

  Apple - as my family is now entirely on an apple home platform.  iWork has become more important for school, home, and work.  There has been progress in the regular updates to iWork, but I hope that he keeps coming back.  History has shown that as Apple "bored" with some applications he kills them.

  I hope that this is not the case with same iLife or iWork as is the base of the Apple platform - software.  You guys are excellent products - but they are worthless without competent and recommended met applications that make these useful features.  Why buy a Mac when I get MS Office to make it useful and God forbid, connect to Office 365 and MS Cloud integration with the rest of my office.

  iWork - all missing some features is a large platform that can be used easily.  The same - with all investments in iCloud - it's the apps that stick together.

  Please please do not give up your software platform.  I'm just in - keep going.

  Of course you have all your work trashed or orphaned by Apple "Updates" all too little features and incompatibilities without end.

  But remain optimistic.

• What is the best way to have multiple languages in file an Illustrator?

  First of all, I'm quite new to Illustrator.
  

  I have a project where I need to display accurate translations of the different phrases in several languages. I'm unable to get all languages, that I need to display accurately and I would also need to share this project with my superiors so that they can see. I came across ScribeDoor that would be perfect, but it does support all the languages that I need.

  List of languages required: English, Dutch, Swedish, Russian, French, Finnish, Italian, German, Greek, Portuguese, Korean and Hebrew

  I think I just need to install fonts that support this language, but I can use the same font with different languages on the same project? And even then there at - it a plugin or something that I'm not aware of that will translate it accurately for me or I have to go to an outside source to confirm that?

  I use Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 on a MAC under OS X El Capitan 10.11.4

  It would be ideal if it was easily transferable to After Effect, as is the next step in the process.

  If you want Latin, Asian, Hebrew and Cyrillic type to watch the same thing that you probably need to search commercial fonts that have been designed this way.

• Inconsistent volume with multiple audio tracks

  I'm working on a travel video that consists of video clips and still images.  When the stills are incorporated, I included a sound effect of click trigger.  A second audio track has my background music.  The problem I encounter is that when the shutter click effect occurs my background music volume decreases for giving me an unwanted variation.  How can I keep the volume of the background music is coherent while the sound effect occurs?  Thank you, John

  What are the audio effects do you have? This problem is often caused by the global presence of a limiter or compressor in the main exit, click of the camera forces hard limiter to reduce the level, which also lowers the volume of the music. Try to reduce the level of the click. If you have no added effect could be a kind of automatic leveling of your sound card.

  I guess that you might be using a navto: to access pages, but users who use your application would be able to navigate manually in other languages as well since these pages would be also inside the app, if you agree with this, you can use this feature.

• View multiple video tracks at the same time?

  How can I get the cam multi monitor to show me my 3 or 4 cameras at the same time? I know there is the method in which you synchronize clips and make then a sequence of nested with operations multi-cames enabled, but I can just see clips of several at once on the multi monitor?

  The reason why I want to do, so I can display all cameras and do a sync!

  Also, I have tons of things on my timeline looking at different hours of the day to be synchronized. I can't really do a quick sync and then the multi cam monitor...

  Currently, if I enable multi-screen in first, I can without video track of the video track, but can not see all my pieces at a time

  To do what you want, you do not use the multicam monitor.  You will need to apply an effect to transform image in the image to each clip, resize, and move to a corner of the frame.  This will allow you to see all the clips in the program monitor.

  Don't forget to remove these effects PIP once the synchronization is complete.

  In our environment Apps (R12), workflow is installed in several languages. I have a requirement where the user can be choosed their preferred e-mail language and all notices must be sent to this user in the preferred language.
  
  Here's the logic that I use:
  (1) creation of ad hoc users for e-mail addresses and user language as the "language" parameter passing This language is different for different users.
  (2) creating the role of ad hoc and attach all users of adhoc until created in this role.
  Here's where problem comes...
  
  Notification happens only in the language specified during the creation of ad hoc role. Is to replace the languages are specified during the creation of ad-hoc users! I tried not to pass any language while creating the role, but in this case it supports languages for this session...

  Are expand you role in the definition?

  I expect that if you find a role, then the role is language, unless you expand roles - in which case the language for users who are part of the role would be used.
