  Are you sure that it is an application that is causing the problem?

  When you are connected to the Internet, Win XP will periodically synchronize with a time server.  If you have Win XP on the wrong time zone, your computer displays the local time 'bad '.

  Double click on the time (lower RH of your screen) and select the time zone tab.  Select the correct time zone for your location and check the DST box.  If necessary, change the time manually to your local time and save your changes.

  If you receive the error 80072efe or 80080008 when you use Windows Store, the cause may be an interruption of the connection between your computer and the Windows Update service.

  Here are a few methods you can try to solve this problem.

I usually run updates I see alerts come in and just ran this update to find app has been replaced by a button to launch CC. I have no idea why this is now on my desk. Should I be to remove this application? I have CS6 installed and thought I needed application manager for updates of my software. If someone can advise me, it would be great.   My apologies I did have time to try to run uninstaller personally, but other reports, it should work.  If you remove the creative cloud using Control Panel programs and features, you can then reinstall Adobe Application Manager from our download to https://www.adobe.com/downloads/?promoid=KAWQLpage.  Links to the Adobe Application Manager for Windows and Mac OS are in the lower right of the page.

  Download a new copy of Firefox and save the file to the desktop.
