  Everyone knows a sudden STOP errors after that update Microsoft has done for his actions in the background? I'm setting up a SL500 for a client who has crashed all of a sudden with a STOP C000021A error. This error number (and the minidump file) point about csrss.exe crashing.   In response to my own question here: I managed to do that work again. It turns out that the automatic update is more or less malware Microsoft's "Office Genuine Advantage". Remember, once again, why people accept this type of behavior of a business entity... No, not only to accept but reward in continuing to do business with them. Something in the water maybe?

  Would be really nice if you included the text of the error message with your error number.

  What you're trying to do... are the nav_display to the same height and width as the window? If its position is nothing else than to 0,0, then you will get this error. In addition, items are assigned to a painting, not a window, so you should use get_canvas_property.

  I doubt that this has nothing to do with "patch18.

• Get error FRM-92101 after adding a node of the Web to an existing Instance.

  I added a node of the web to R12 existing EBS who already have a node of the Web. After I added the node, I get the error FRM-92101 while opening one of the nodes in the web forms. Before adding the new web level there is no problem with the forms. I ran the new autoconfig from all nodes again but the problem is still there. I am able to open the login page of two nodes, but only the question is coming with the forms. Am I missing somethig? Any suggestion please.

  Now that I've added the node of the Web 2 Finally using auto clone and adadnode.pl scripts. Therefore all URLs accessing EBS of browser web are to redirect to the Web node 2, no matter if I have access to the application of Web node 1 or Web 2.

  Did you run the AutoConfig successfully on both nodes?

  Seems something must be corrected in the context file or the database for other FND tables. I don't know why it's happening. Please help me.

  I still wonder why you have not enabled the file application.log until now. So, please report it the full error log here.

  Specific updates I have experienced the problem are:

  I had my computer in "safe" mode during the installation. I tried disabling my firewall temporarily, then I tried with all the protections that are temporarily off.
  * I really don't understand the reasoning for me required updates for Microsoft Office 2003 and related features... I have not installed it in my computer, nor use any product of Outlook. I guess maybe it's to cover items that can be received by e-mail perhaps as an attachment. ??

• Screen error black patch after reinstalling/updating VISTA on my desktop HP Paviill a6137c,.

  I have a HP Pavilion a6137c desktop purchased in 2007 with Vista 32 bit OS.

  My original factory hard drive failed [multiple power cuts in the short period of time] the error screen says "bad sectrors" well I could substitute these areas [somehow] and I continued to use the player for a few weeks/months before the "bad sector" error came again.

  I bought and installed a WD Caviar Blue SATA 320 GB Hard drive model #WDBAAX3200ENC-NSPS.

  I still have the old hard disk installed but not hung in the second Bay from the HD.

  After you have installed the origianl software [I bought HP factory records a couple of weeks], Vista Home Premium 32 - bit, I ran Windows Update with its updates 106 or 107, he recommended.  After completing the update and restart, Windows does not load, I get a black screen and invites me to restore to a previous restore point.  Paragraph of error message basically says that he was a "'patch', causing the problelm, but I don't know which.»  I apologize for not sending you the error message I get, I had restored the computer before thinking to copy.  I'm under update again and if I get the error again, which I'm sure I'll [because it is the fifth or sixth time I've restored and re run upd8 er] I'll send over the error message if necessary.

  After cloning EBS on the target system, it occurred "FRM-40833: not completely load the libraries for dynamic output of the user." User exit FND has not run. »

  I've never seen this error, and I'm confused how fix or to follow. Any help will be appreciated.

  As mentioned previously, review the note after cloning, forms on target node with FRM-40833 error: could not load completely dynamic user output libraries. Exit user DNF did not run (Doc ID 1519381.1).

  Contact IBM support for the applicable to your version of AIX APAR:

  • AIX 6.1 TL 08 SP02, SP02 (01-08-6100, 6100-08-02): IV36851
  • AIX TL 02 SP01, SP02 7.2 (7100-02-01, 02-02-7100): IV36875

  Note: These fixes will be also in the IBM SP next packages

  Whenever I get all new email, Thunderbird freezes completely and I'm unable to use it until the emails have finished to download. It happened this last month. I have a PC, Windows 7 and not using Bitdefender. I have no antivirus software installed and Windows Defender.

  Thanks for your replies. Just back in line, and after a lot of windows updates, that the problem seems to be resolved, well that always a little slow going. I'll see what happens on the report and the weekend when I use more if the problem comes back.

  I see that the options for the F1 / F10 and F5 do not appear. I do not recommend that you try the AFUDos BIOS disk once. I have researchedthe plug on your motherboard and you are right. The BIOS for motherboards series M2N68 ASUS sitewill not help because they have a different chipset, The ASUS motherboards using chipset from Nvidia 630A instead of the Nvidia 430 chipset on the motherboard Hp used to your motherboard.

  Here is a link to the solution to the problem on the motherboard you have. I downloaded HP SoftPaq Download manager to see if I can locate the SoftPaq you need with the original BIOS 513 file. bin. I'll let you know how it goes. If I succeeded, I'll explain how I got the file you can do the same thing. You will need WinRAR to extract the BIOS file, once we find the sucker. The BIOS 514 bin file is the one who caused your problem. You must also Awdflash.exe worm 8.59E. The link located in the forumthat I hyperlinked to above.

  Update:

  I found the SoftPaq file appropriate in the HP website. You will need to follow precisely the instructions provided in the first hyperlink above. It's possible!

  I tried the clean boot my machine but also ensure that my firewall to allow both programs to run.

  Windows XP Home Edition is not local security policy.  This requires Windows XP Professional.

  What should you change?  There could be another way to do it.

• Several errors in Windows XP computer after installing updates.

  Original title: weird errors after windows update.

  Installed windows to update this afternoon, 13/11/2011. Get weird errors since then. Firefox gets all messed up, windows tabs lose their text, then the PC crashes.

  Can not start Internet Explorer. Get the error message "Application failed to initialize properly (0c 0000142).  When I insert a CD I get DLL errors and indicating that the file is not valid windows image.

  Tried running AVIRA and received the error 'avcenter.exe failed to initialize properly (0c 0000044).

  Tried to run the SYSTEM RESTORE and received valid error "rstrui.exe - Bad Image DLL C:Windows\system32\SAMLIB.dll is not a windows image.

  Tried running the RECOVERY of the PC and received the error 'START. EXE - Application error. The application failed to initialize properly (0c000012d).

  I had to reboot my PC at least six times since this afternoon. I reboot normally once per week!

  How to get back on this last update?

• CC app manager update failed with error 50 code after reaching approximately 35%

  Try to update the app CC Manager. The update is still very slow (I have ATT DSL, lowest level) and I usually stop after an hour or two. Today I let it run and it failed with the error code 50 after reaching approximately 35%. Any ideas?

  Update my original post. I read through some of the suggestions I found in other threads to solve this problem, and it seems that this is a recurring problem. Many corrections have been suggested, some very convoluted, difficult and involved, including those who came to the customer support people.  I passed on those who, like this must be something simple. How Adobe managed to leave their own tour of software update in a persistent problem is beyond me and kind of defeats the object of the subscription. I then noticed that a simple fix has been proposed several times, so I tried.

  The user suggested fix that worked for me was:

  (1) restarted the computer (machine of i3 Asus Windows 7 for me) in Mode safe mode with networking. Connected to my separate Admin account just in case.

  2) started the creative cloud desktop application.

  (3) the app said it had to be updated. I hit the update button.

  (4) update started and proceeded slowly as he was in a lot of previous unsuccessful attempts (I have ATT DSL to the slower level, but it is not switched). In 30 minutes, the update succeeded.

  (5) restarted the computer in normal mode.

  (6) the creative cloud desktop application now has not said he should be updated, and I can update my other apps normally. Have not updated LR or PS again, but intend to try. If this fails, I can try to do in Mode safe mode with networking.

  So, it's been relatively painless and much much simpler than most of the other suggestions I've seen. Don't know if this will work for everyone, but I wanted to post the solution that worked for me. Thank you very much for users of 2 or 3 which had proposed this hotfix earlier (sorry, I did not write down your login, but threads can be found in search for creative cloud desktop update fails error code 50). Hope this saves some people a lot of time.
