  I had the same thing happen to me.  Go to the WVC54G product support page, then select Version1.0.  Download the installer from here (even if you have version 1.1 I did).  Running as the Wizard instead of the one that is on the cd has worked for me.  Good luck.

  The layout behaves exactly as requested. What you see is not the "layout is messed up", that is the background image with a fixed size "header" applied to the bodypage, visible through the transparent elements who are now in positions not covered by the designer of the theme.

  You need to change the background of the page to the top compared to the display window to allow the difference between 50px of the theme and your 15px 35px height of the header :

  You must set the Page1 Flowed subform contained instead of positioned... Add all sections of page 2 to page 1. You only need a Page when you use the property Flowed. In this way all the content in the form will be realigned to remove the space between the two.

  I have a title set up style. I want about an inch of white space above style. Because this style is always at the top of the page, ID seems to ignore the setting of"space" and pushing the text to the top margin.

  Use a paper 1 "or no color above, net either by setting the offset or the width of the outline. Be sure to set the Frame keep on (enabled).

  When I create a new page in the CF, the image in the foreground appears at the top, but there is a gap of 10px, same problem with the text. On apps like Facebook and Google, the gap is much smaller. Does anyone know how is it defined?

  Have you style the html and body nodes? Most browsers have a default
  margin or padding on one or two of them. So if you want total control
  Start your css with something like.

  HTML, body {}
  margin: 0;
  padding: 0;
  }

  You can create what you want either here or where in the space
  your document.

  Also be careful of any superfluous whitespace that can be generated with
  CFML code. If the above does not work as expected, you may have a
  involuntary characters at the top of your page.

• Print previews halh shows only the top of page. WHY?

  I have used Firefox for more than five years and this problem just showed. Using the preview before printing displays only the top half of the page.
