Aspire V3-771 Wireless Windows 7 Ultimate edition will not return to the factory settings
Hello everyone,
so I'm having to V3-771-6601 laptop which I bought in the US 2 years ago. I have some kind of virus which was activated immediately after the sign in. Some photos of Interpol appears and they wanted to charge a fraud or something like that. I tried to press CTRL + ALT + DEL to task mngr, but the virus won't let me. So I entered in safe mode and saved all my valuable information. The laptop has windows 7 Home Edition. I decided to install W7 Ultimate RTM. So when I was doing that, I formatted ALL partitions that I saw on the screen. After that i have PXE boot problem. I realized that I need to connect my lan cable. Ok. After that the computer does not start, it shows just acer splash screen and immediately restarts again and again and again. I tried to click ALT + F10. At the bottom left, I saw "switch to erecovery" or something like that. After pressing alt + f10 there is a '_' in the upper left corner, and the Frank is frozen. So I can't even boot to see victory logo, even I can't return my phone to factory settings. Just to note I have no CD with my PC, only the power chords and that's all. The House of win 7 was already languages. Please guys help me how to fix my laptop.
Best regards
Well, you could have done your own recovery discs when you bought your PC!
I agree that it is a shame that you can't get a copy of the disks where you live!
If you are happy to have a cracked version of Windows, it is to you. Even if you can open a Pandora's box, we'll agree disagree on the question
As for the problem of button, it could be a sign of a faulty keyboard or it could be a software problem. A few copies of cracking are so changed, it could be an error in the code!
You can try and run a Linux live disk to see if it happens there. If so, then the keyboard will be replaced.

Windows Vista Ultimate Edition will not be upgraded to Windows 7
Windows 7 Upgrade says he cannot directly upgrade Windows XP, duh? I ran the Upgrade Advisor before running the upgrade software and did not get this stupid message. I get only when the software upgrade performs its checks. I am running Windows Vista Ultimate Edition with all updates to September 24, 2013.
Which edition of Windows 7? It matches the edition of Vista you are trying to upgrade to?
When important changes to your computer, for example an upgrade, it is always recommended that you back up your system before installing a new version of Windows. In your case, you can upgrade to Windows 7 depending on the edition and the architecture of Windows Vista, you have installed. If you are running a 32-bit version of Vista and upgrade to a 64-bit (Windows 7 edition) version, you'll have a pure make install, it is the opposite case.
If you are using Windows Vista Home Basic or Premium consumer editions, you can only upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium or Ultimate. In addition, you can make downgrades, which means, if you are running Windows Vista Ultimate Edition now, you cannot downgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium. You perform logical upgrades:
Windows Vista Home Basic > Windows 7 Home Basic, Premium or Ultimate
Windows Vista Edition Home Premium > Windows 7 Home Premium or Ultimate
Windows Vista Business > Windows 7 Professional, enterprise or ultimate edition
Windows Vista Business > Windows 7 Enterprise
Windows Vista Ultimate > Windows 7 Ultimate.

HP Mini 110 windows 7 starter edition will not be upgraded to windows anytime
Help! Can't get my HP Mini110 of windows 7 starter edition Home Premium. Got the key, but it is said that this key is not compatible with current windows and cannot be downloaded. What does that mean? How can I download and install this upgrade? I paid for it.
Probably means that you have a copy of Windows 7 32 bit installed on your computer and you are trying to download and install a 64 bit version of Windows 7.
You can't do an anytime upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit. New ball game. Requires installation not an anytime upgrade.

Windows 7 Ultimate trial will not be installed
I have just formatted to all readers of my Samsung Ultrabook and am trying to install a trial version of Windows 7 Ultimate on it. I first tried to install it on the hidden 24 GB SSD that comes with 500 GB HARD drive, and everything was going well until the laptop is restarted before the final phase of the installation. As you know, the installation is supposed to complete after the restart, but it just brings me to the screen with the button "install". He basically asked me to restart the installation. So I did, this time on the HARD drive. Always the same result. I tried to change the boot priority in the BIOS, but it changed nothing. Help, please.
Thank you
Its possible Samsung uses a customized image of Windows 7 to install this type of hybrid storage configuration. Your best option would be to ask Samsung recovery media and use it to install Windows 7 on your computer.

Mini 210-1091NR wireless network adapter is disabled and will not return to the top.
For a month every time I receive an update of windows, (and often!) My broadcom wireless adapter arrives as disabled when the computer restarts. Normally I can uninstall the driver and do a reinstall and the wireless will start working again. However after upgrade of the past few weeks, the wireless is not working. I am running windows 7 ultimate and I have no idea what else to try right now. I noticed that the adapter will work always as long I have start in safe mode, but it's not really very good for everyday use.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
OK I found my own solution, or the moment. I deleted the HP wireless assistant and now he connects very well. Must be some sort of inadequate with the windows wireless somehow.

Windows 7 splash screen will not change after the vista update
After updating vista 32 bit to windows 7 32 bits, the splash screen will not change and he showed the vista boot. I read a lot of forum and the web page, but this solution:
«.. . the dummies and bad start screen for Windows 7 is due to the locale entry in the startup folder, which could not be set when editing or rebuilding the BCD. When the locale is not found, Windows boot loader doesn't know what local startup folder to look for the animated bootscreen. Thus, in order to fix the boot screen so that the splash screen can be re-established, restored or reset to original animated Windows 7 boot screen, just run one of the following commands at the prompt with administrator rights:
bcdedit/set {current} settings regional en-US
or
BCDboot % WinDir % / l en
Change the US to the language version of Windows 7 installed, as ja - JP, en - us, es - ARE, pt - BR, zh - CN, zh - TW, fr - FR, fi - FI and etc.
Restart the computer after running the command to see the new boot UI (user interface) be used again. To check if the locale has been entered properly, just run the bceedit command in the command prompt that is running as an administrator... »
not solved my problem and also know for many users... after updating vista in windows 7 splash screen stay the same...

I'm trying to fix Windows Media Player 12 without success.
I tried 'turned on' and 'off' Windows Media Player via "Turn Windows features on or off"-there did not work. It will not fix the problem, and I think I know why.
I ran sfc/scannow from the cmd prompt gives me the following in the CBS.log log error message:
[RS] Could not reproject corrupted file [ml:520 {260}, l:106 {53}] '------? \C:\Program files (x 86) \Windows Media Player\en-US "------[l:26 {13}] 'mpvis.dll.mui '; source file in the store is also corrupted
I just took the 'ownership' of the file and replaced by a different copy on another hard drive that worked. I have the journal and if the information is needed to solve this problem I'll post here apart from the above error message.
Attempt to run Windows Media player only gives me the error message:
"Window Media Player is not installed correctly and must be reinstalled. You want to install the player from the Microsoft website? »
I 'want' install the player on MS website, but they do not offer this possibility because it is nowhere available for download. I have to say I am frustrated by this situation and I would like to know why MS decided to make this hassle to reinstall a program properly.
I guess that's the only option.http://www.SevenForums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.htmlIf this post answers your question, click mark as answer .

The context in which it was that we have a web site where we have historically used .swf and .flv movies. A couple of customers have "complained" that they could not see the movies and, when we have tried on Windows 8.1 IE11, nor could I. This leads me to the Adobe test page, where I only saw the film of test if I have activated the Caompatbility Mode (as you suggest - thank you).
Our web site will not make .swqf or .flv movies regardless of the mode of Campatibility. Next, I suppose, is to see if we can at least restore some features - even if it is 'encouraging' users to enable Compatibility Mode.
SWF and SWQF even become obsolete. A year ago I stopped using video and Flash animations and moved to HTML5.
1. they need any plug-ins. Even with IE11.
2. they are mobile and Internet accessible from more than half of all traffic is now in mobile phones or tablets (which cannot and do not run Flash), it makes no sense to develop content that is invisible for many viewers.
Compatibility mode is that only a "band-aid" for an important screws upward to MS. HTML5 eliminates the need for Mode of Comaptibility, eliminating the need for plug-in that they SAMU changes inadvertently disable.

Windows media player switches will not remain on the view full screen because then a minute

Hello jamessharmon_3349
It is designed to run reduced to save resources for other applications that are running at the same time.
Check your display settings to see if your screen saver is set to activate so that maybe that's why your Windows Media Player minimizes full screen.
You can use the Task Manager to see what processes running high when WMP is reduced to a minimum. It could be a resource as Antivirus taking over CPU causing WMP decrease its size.
Thank you
