  Hi all, I am facing a strange behavior when you change an old program written in CVI 7.1. CVI 8.5 is installed on my machine, so the active execution engine is one of the most recent version.

  If you change the program in CVI 7 IDE, I found that a table receives events still undefined in this version. Specifically, it receives a EVENT_MOUSE_POINTER_MOVE event when the mouse points control; I also noted an EVENT_LEFT_CLICK_UP event. I did not the specific tests for other events.

  Yes, this is the expected behavior. I realize that the reminder to receive new events when you install a new version of the CVI is probably not an obvious side effect, but it's a side effect of the architecture of the CVI runtime engine. As mentioned by jr_2005, that is why it is important to respond only to specific events in your reminder. As mentioned by ebalci, you can work around this by using a local RTE by copying the version of this editor, you want your application to use in the same directory as the executable file.

  However, if the recall does respond to specific events, this behavior should be no problem. As you have noted, it is only when you have the code in an event of default, or outside the switch statement, as it can cause unexpected results.

  Pretty much confirms that it is outside interference. You have McAfee on both machines? Close all programs and temporarily disable McAfee on both machines. Send a short test message now.

  Norton and McAfee are two of the worst programs to use with Windows e-mail clients. They cause conflicts and must be removed in favour of a less intrusive program like NOD32, (not free), Avast or Microsoft Security Essentials, (both free). I use MSE on all my machines and it works fine.

  I would almost bet money on the fact that you have saved the two listeners.  Make sure that you really only a single listener.

• Need help: receiving duplicate service Eloqua App Cloud Action notice

  We have developed an application using the eloqua action service & have notification service configured in a way to our web hook and it works fine, it send a notification to our service once the campaign is activated & send us all records of contacts, but we receive duplicate notification.

  • We receive lots of contact as notification POST records in batch of 5000 but we receive notifications, duplicate & same batch of documents several times

  Here is the solution,

  • You must reply with a response of 200 level or Eloqua will continue to scream assuming you never received & keep sending multiple opinions until it times out at the end fix this problem resolved by the issue of duplicate notification.
  • and now that my process to receive data directly from eloqua as part of the notification service will not use the bulk import value in hasMore flag is not serious.

• Image with enabled set to false still receives click events

  I have a simple image with a click event and the button is set to enabled = false and it still receives click events. Does anyone know how to disable the image if it receives no click events. I want only the image to send a click on some points, then the other event not to do... Thanks to all those who can help

  I didn't think allowed aims to control the actual events - rather the native behavior resulting from events. My suggestion is that you either remove the headphones when you don't want to see the clicks, or place the code in the listener that runs the effect selectively.

  If you want you could simply encapsulate your headset with a test for the license:

  It will run only then the code when the image is selected.

  If you want to have the image as the button, you can extend it and save a listener in the constructor for the click event. Inside the listener, if not enabled, call event.stopImmedatePropogation ().

  I continue to receive the same batch of emails - from different senders - and spent a good part of the morning removing them. My client is Outlook Express and I am running windows XP Home Edition. How to stop receiving these duplicates?

  First, make sure that the account is not listed twice in tools | Accounts. If it's OK, follow these steps.

  Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced. Uncheck: Leave a copy of messages on the server. Then, remove the Pop3uidl.dbx file. You will get the messages once more, but it should be.

  Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.

  In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

  With OE closed, find the Pop3uidl.dbx file and delete it.  Another will be created automatically when you open OE.

• Outlook Express Email problem (receiving duplicate e-mails)

  As of this morning, using Outlook Express, I received always duplicates of the same email.
  When I erase it, Outlook Express still trying to receive another copy of the same email.
  After shutting down the computer and then restart it, then I get another copy of the same email.
  I did not any changes at all to my Outlook Express account or any change at all to my computer, but it happens started today.

• Cannot edit or duplicate events

  I have implemented some new features, but when I go on edit information (to change the time, add banners etc) it won't save my updates on SOME of them. Some I can edit without problem, but the rest will not update after I click on 'Save' - the information is just like the original.

  Also, when I try to reproduce an event that I am taken to the screen after clicking on 'Save' that says 'Unprocessed request, contact Support'. I suspect that this is a bug that I was able to exercise these functions in the past with no problems.

  We are aware of this problem and to research the root cause of this... With the information available to us, we assume that this only happens with events created before C9.2... New events should not have this problem. Please correct me if I'm wrong...

  We'll let you know as soon as an update is available for the same thing. Until there solution is to create a new event instead of duplicate/edit old events.

  You have Network KEY and you can extract the data from table RCD with this NCE KEY.

  ignoreEvent will not work in your case because it is not a custom connector.

• At the start of Vista (32) I receive an event ID 7024 error in event compared to KTmRm Viewer.

  The event viewer shows "The KtmRm for Distributed Transaction Coordinator service ended with an error specific to the service of 2147942438 (0 x 80070026).

  When I check "application of sc KtmRm" it shows an error of 2147024858 code (0 x 80070026).  How to solve?

  My boss received a copy of every email sent to her.

  The BB has a single e-mail account - company that she uses on our Exchange Server - and the BlackBerry Manager software on our Exchange Server lists only him once.
