  Google Chrome is a problem:

  • If you use the clean Chrome PDF Viewer, the results are unpredictable.
  • If you use the Adobe Reader with Chrome plugin, it can reject (block) If this isn't the latest version.  11.0.08 drive is the latest version for Windows XP, but Chrome can insist on the current version 11.0.10.

  My suggestion; Use a different browser!

  All in one, type printers (print, copy, scan) usually have a very specific set of instructions during the installation.  If not followed exactly the probability is that the scanner will not work.

  Recently, I bought an Epson Perfection 4490 Photo, which came with a number of packaged applications.  One of the bundled applications was be Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0.  Everything seemed to install correctly from the Epson CD, but the CD of Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0 install not, at all.  I noticed that a process called Setup32.exe fight, but nothing has ever appeared on screen, in the way of progress of the installation.

  500 GB hard drive with more than 300 GB of free space

  4 GB OF RAM

  It is my understanding that PSE 2 is not supported in Windows 7. I migrated from PSE3 PSE 8 on my new Windows 7 machine, and the program works correctly in this environment. Suggest you buy PSE 9, which is the latest version.

  Windows 7 is not inconsistent with the Epson Stylus Photo R380 (if anything, it would be the other way around).  The link shows that it should 'work' with Windows 7.

  You may indeed need to connect the printer (directly) to the Windows 7 system once to get the appropriate drivers installed before trying to share your desktop Windows XP out to the other system on the network.  No guarantee it will work on the network like that - but I don't see why he wouldn't.

  Hardware support always comes from the manufacturer of the equipment, regardless of the operating system that you choose to run.  If a hardware manufacturer decides that they will not put the drivers for a device after a given operating system or even a service pack on an operating system - it is their prerogative.  It has nothing to do with the operating system, or those who made the operating system.

  If you are anywhere near an Apple Store, I would suggest bringing your MBP to and asking to help. For USB, you need to partition and format to allow to boot on a Mac, what Windows can not do. Then either create a bootable installer or install OS X on USB and then copy the installer it, boot from it and run the installer with the SSD as a target.

  I saw something on the fixing of the same code error on Windows 7, but I don't think that it applies as Mobile 6.1 does not have a "Drivers" folder in the Windows system folder.  Solution Windows 7 involved by changing the "Hosts" file, but I can't seem to find where such a file may be under Mobile 6.1, or if Windows Mobile uses even a Hosts file at all.

  Anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem?  Or am I pretty much just stuck, until I can afford to get one of the new 6.5 ridiculously expensive smartphones?
