Audio export problem

An audio clip on my time line is not exported with the rest of the video. It has synchronized audio to an audio recorder and this is the only clip that comes out of the silence. Other audio is rendered. The clip shows up on the time line and normally reads on the time line. Someone had this problem? Is there a solution?

I have "fixed" the issue by exporting to the hearing and recording an audio extract file. He seems to have recognized it. In a test report.

I got errors 'Master clip' whenever I opened the project and the same audio clip should not any audio in it. I have to copy the audio track to another project and paste in this timeline of projects and it worked for a while until her SOUL would not export the clip said. I tried to dissociate and restoring links the file without result.

I also have issues when I open the project none of the media seems to load, his perpetually showing 'media pending' to fix this I then re - enable and disable all clips that brings media partners in the time line.

  • 7.2.1 audio export problem

There seems to be a new audio program with the 7.2.1 update, which was released to solve another audio problem introduced with the 7.2 update.  The previous problem is discussed in another thread.

    http://forums.Adobe.com/thread/1357792?TSTART=60

The 7.2.1 update seems to fix the buzz loudly during transitions, but now a new and unwanted sound occurred for some users.  This is a machine - like noise that occurs only during the period of transition and only after export.  The problem seems not to occur at all inside PP.

For me, it was incredibly difficult to reproduce this problem.  Initially, I found the problem by chance.  Try to make it happen at will took about two hours of experimentation.  I could only reproduce the error by using very specific media in a very specific way.  Namely, a clip of 60 p following a 24 p clip in a specific sequence of 24 p.  Almost everything that I changed would not reproduce the error.

One thing I noticed is that the only export by SOUL produces the error.  Direct export was clean every time.

Workaround is to disable the import of native Premiere Pro sequence in the preferences of the SOUL.

SOUL preferences > General > uncheck "enable native first import of Pro sequence.

  • First CS 5.5 - audio export problem

I'm running a weird problem today.

I have a few projects and am made quicktime.

I am able to make all projects, but in one, the audio just does not get to export.

I also tried to copy the sequence and paste it into a new project.

Nothing helps. I'm on a schedule very tight n - would appreciate help.

    Thank you.

After trying many different things - creating new projects, new sequences, eliminating an asset both to find if the problem was in assets items, empty cache, unchecking the XMP writing when the file is imported box in preferences/media - I was finally able to make the video + audio successfully as a project. I think the problem was with two audio files. Here's what worked:

    (1) clear cache

    (2) uncheck the box «writing XMP...» "in preferences/media

    (3) leave the first pro

    (4) copy the 2 audio files into another folder and replace the file name

    (5) reboot first and open the project

    (6) replace the film file by linking the 2 audio files to files to the new location

    (7) save the project

    (8) rendering

  • First CC 2015 - 5.1 audio export is not possible

    Hello community,

we are a trailer, production company de Berlin. We are working with Avid et worked in the past with Final assembly. However, we want to replace completely Final Cut with Adobe Software now. But there is a problem which is disableing this intention. We cannot get a 5.1 out of our timeline.

We usually work with Apple ProRess formats. To create un 5.1 mix we did in first with mono tracks of the DME seems simple:

    • creating a sequence of 5.1
    • ( the value of each mono channel on book of the 6 tracks () L, R, C, LF, Ls, Rs).
    • Pan
    • and

So far, so good. The master to display in the audio mixer panel shows, all right, and each channel works. But the it comes now as first or Media Encoder will not export this sequence into 5.1 5.1 channels, because the 5.1 option is simply not appearing in the audio export window - for example to Qick time ProRess QT 422. I have a picture attached. It's a big problem for us, we cannot work this way. So, maybe someone has some advice, what do we do wrong? I tested it on my old Version of CS 5.5 at home, and here, everything was fine.

    Thanks for your help,

    OVZ

    Hi Richard,

I managed to export the file with six simple mono tracks (checked in Cup final Cinema Tools). But I need 1 track with 6 channels and not a 6-track 1-channel. These files are for customer deliveries...

In any case, I was able now to get a first/Media Encoder file that seems to be OK (I have to check by sound guys). I went to "uncompressed" audio export and when I click again on the channel options 5.1 option appears. But it only works with uncompressed th put... with nothing else. Seems that this applies to any codec in Quicktime format... I can only choose a 5.1 output channels for export, when I put the audio codec just to "uncompressed". Is this normal?

  • HP Pavilion HauppaugeWinTV HVR 1290 and Windows 7 - Audio stuttering problem

    Hi all

I have the WinTV HVR 1290 card installed in a new building.  Window7 Media Center does a great job, support the DVR functions.

I searched for the latest drivers that HP has on Windows7/64 Bit support.  The current problem is that the recovery of a sleep almost always ends with an Audio stuttering problem.  A reboot clears the stuttering.

HP probably has some drivers of Windows7 pre-release for sold third party hardware integrated into the Media Center PC.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you

    Roy

Open Device Manager and look under sound, video and game controllers to see what sound card you have.

If you have X-Fi Xtreme Audio choose your template from here.

  • Sony XBR-55X850D audio sync problem with Xbox One S

Recently bought a new Sony X850D 55 '' TV, it's my 3rd Sony TV the past 10 years, and the first I had a problem with.

I use the TV mostly for games on my Xbox One S, but have found that there is some dramatic audio synchronization problems. The sound coming out behind what is displayed on the screen (IE. Close door, sound audible is later). Xbox is connected to the TV via HDMI to input 1. I also have a bar of his (CT380) connected via HDMI output HDMI-4 ARC.

I tried with and without the Soundbar without result. 3 different cords HDMI do nothing. Using my old Xbox One compared to the new One S has no difference. Question was not present on my old Sony TV. Tried with ClearAudio on and out, no change. I can't find all the parameters of sound synchronization in both of the TV, bar, or Xbox.

    Running Version 5.1.1

    Thank you

    Jerome,

I could solve my problem using HDMI from the Xbox to the sound bar HDMI then another sound to the TV bar.

    Thanks for the good help!

  • Satellite L300 17L - audio driver problems

Audio driver problems, I use Windows XP SP2, I installed the MS patches, but still there is no sound.

And in the control panel in the sound section says that there is no audio driver installed.

    I need help please!

    Hello!

It s a known issue and when you search a bit in the forum you will find a large number of publications on this subject.

Remove the sound card from the Device Manager and the high definition Audio Controller from Device Manager.
And then update Windows with KB835221 & KB888111 patch, reboot several times, and then you can install the driver from Realtek but download and install Realtek driver directly.

    Good bye

  • Multichannel Audio exporter: limited to certain formats or codecs?

I meet a few quirks when you export a file of test of 6 tracks while maintaining separate tracks. (First and work ME very well, my lack of understanding is the issue.)

In the export dialog, when I choose Quicktime as the codec to export (I'm on Windows), I get a nice, ' Configuring the Audio channels ' and a menu drop-down displays all channels 6 and everything works.

But if I select AVI as export, my Audio export Setup is suddenly limited to only Mono, stereo or 5.1.

So my question: what determines whether or not I have that section 'Configuration of the Audio channels "? Thank you.

"Audio Channel" format QuickTime is the new addition to the CC 2015 and only available in QuickTime format version.  We have implemented this new feature in QuickTime due to the high number of applications.

  • Multichannel Audio export (.aif, .wav)

Hi everyone, I just submit a feature request and you want to encourage all those who love this feature to do the same thing (or, if I missed somehow a way to actually do, tell me how - I searched at length here, Google, Creative Cow, etc. so and am positive it can be done).

I'll just paste what was in my application. Hopefully it's something that can be added in the very near future...

    Exporting multichannel audio files

Ability to file .wav or .aif with several output channels.

I work on a Mac, and we sometimes out of audio multi-channel to send to clients for international distribution, specifically 4 channels (L + R, music + L + R effects stereo mixer). The only way to get him out first/Media Encoder is like a .mov quicktime with no video. It's not ideal because customers demand .aif or .wav files.

This possibility exists in .aiff files compressor, but I try to avoid coming back following Apple as much as possible. It of annoying to have the output of audio files separately from the first then open Final Cut and compressor output for audio 4 channels, good.

This is important because we are looking to replace my computer soon and I push to go with a PC, where I is even more the opportunity to go back for this compressor.

For the record, I also tried it by hearing that paradoxically seems to have even less audio export options as Media Encoder. Looks like a very simple feature that fails for no apparent reason... Please include as soon as POSSIBLE, thank you.

Link to the feature request page: https://www.Adobe.com/cfusion/mmForm/index.cfm?name=wishform

For the record, I know that, for all purposes, the audio Quicktime .mov file works fine. But it of always a pain, does not correctly open in some players and dealing with clients who use different software (Avid in this case) and not have not much experience handle this kind of things and ask specifically .wav ou.aif/.aiff; It is not my place to their tech support, it's my job to deliver what the customer wants. And it seems ridiculous to me that compressor that supports with ease but first/SOUL don't...

Premiere Pro is fully able to export a 4 channels from a sequence multichannel wave file.

  • Audio sync problems

I am a wedding videographer who has a few months ago, from FCP to the PrPro CS5. I am currently working on a wedding ceremony where I have some audio synchronization problems. I filmed the wedding with 3 cameras high definition. The video was filmed all HDV 29.97, with 32-bit audio 48000khz. In addition, I used microphones tie for the spouse and the officer, each record to a device in the WMA format. I used "free mp3 wma converter" (which may be part of the problem!) to convert the WMA in 480000khz 32-bit WAV files. After using HDV Split to ensure that there are no breaks, I have imported/captured everything in first CS5. Once I dropped everything in the timeline panel, I find the part in every audio layer where the officate said thank you, "you can be sitting." I created markers not numbered to the exact frame that starts and all the video layers 3 and 5 audio layers becomes synchronized. However, when I scroll further down the timeline, something badly screwed up and I don't know if it's the video w / audio layers, or if this is WMA files that I have converted to WAV. Any help would be great!

There are several discussions on the use of a separate Audio recorder and the OOS issues. Much discussion was provided by a few of us "old-timers," who bemoaned how things were to be, when the movie camera was attached to the Nagra, and could be configured to provide synchronization of Crystal, but that does not seem possible today with our great digital equipment. Should be easy, but it is a difference in "clocks".

Hope just to get this straight, as I blew it away last wire - one single user with Zoom Audio recorder has found that the Audio derived from 100.3%, used if just the Stretch tool w / maintain Pitch to address that. It took experimentation, but when he found the % correct, it fixed everything.

For questions of a general nature OOS, this ARTICLE could offer some advice, but in the end, I think finding the % of drift, will fix everything for you and with this same equipment, will still work. Test now will be dividend in the future.

For some additional information, I search on this forum for 'sync' and maybe filter the_wine_snob (me), or Jim Simon and read. Jim is the user who found the exact % that was disabled, as well as sound equipment made of marriages.

    Good luck

  • Terrible audio export

Are there secrets audio export to Flash these days?

My audio plays beautifully on the Flash time line, but if I export to Quicktime, with or without the video component, compressed audio sounds great. I'll put the quicktime for no audio compression settings at all.

    That is what it is?

Right click on your sound file in the library, choose Properties and adjust compression settings. Make sure that your settings are not be supplanted in the publication settings.

  • audio sync after export problems

I had this problem, sometimes since starting to use Premiere Pro CS6, and he is now also occur even in the latest version of CC (just updated to 7.2.2 on W7, 64-bit):

A perfectly synchronized sequence that plays well in his rendering preview loses sync with the sound audio with the video (or audio) after having exported them to mp4. (predefined H.264 format). I tried troubleshooting by deleting all render files, restart the applications and computers, played with broadcasters of media... nothing is.

It is true that raw footage is be a wmv file. Which I know is not ideal. But what bothers me is that everything is perfectly in harmony to the point of creating the export file. That makes no sense at all. I'm about to counter this change now by separating the audio from the video and make up the difference in frame manually, but it feels bad to do and is a stupid hack for something, the software shouldn't mess up in the first place.

    Any ideas?

Try to convert the source media to change something more user-friendly.

  • problem with audio export blocked at 8000 hz since AE CC 12.2.0.52

    Hello

Today, it's a mess, I don't know if it's my iMac is dying or what, but several problems.

I try to export a model, he has worked and today, the frequency of the audio in the render parameter is blocked at 8000Hz, when I try to use another frequency and confirm, the frequency is back to 8000Hz! I try with other audio files, but it's the same problem...

    solution?

  • Anomaly in audio export between the body and SOUL

After the 2015.3, I'm having a problem with the SOUL. I have a series of interviews that only dialogue and a bed of music below for audio. It is mixed and sounds good in the body, but when I send to SOUL he's dating all massively compressed and the mixture is off, leaving the crushed dialogue way down in the mix. If I export directly the body looks exactly like the mixture on the timeline, but SOUL does this compression thing. I checked that no effect is activated in the SOUL so am unable to identify whence this compression. Anyone else having this problem?

    Thank you

My associate editor recently experienced something similar. At first, it sounded like the compressor and Equalizer were not translated to SOUL because the end result was so quiet. Then I had to apply a slight heavy distortion to the clip and export again, and the distortion through. This leads me to believe that the effects were going through, but were dropped significantly the output levels. Standardizing the effect was not enabled in the SOUL, and there are no other parameters that must have caused this, so we were puzzled. I did have the time to file a bug detailed, so in the meantime I have him through the creation.

  • Audio display problem - stutter, repeat / loops

I'm having a problem after making and exporting to a file, a small part of the audio stutters and repeats. I tried to export using different codecs (h.264, pro res) - the problem persists. It's always the same audio portion each time.

As a test, I isolated this part and marked on/off it has exported as a clip and the problem was gone. The problem seems to occur only when I try to export the entire sequence. Other tests I tried and failed: place in a layer of audio slug, export audio as a .acc and re-import audio on a single layer and turn off all audio layers existing

I use SOUL for export. Another problem (?) when I try to do a direct export of first - it goes right down.

Someone at - it this problem and workarounds? Thank you
