  I see that Auto-Lock does not work on your iPad.  It is important to have automatic locking works, so I'm happy to offer assistance. First of all I recommend you stop the application settings by double clicking the Home button and it slide up. Then restart the iPad and test again.   I just updated my iPhone to iOS 10 6s and now the auto lock does not work, the display stays on, unless I lock it manually, and if I get a notification that locked the rest of the screen turned on, which depletes the battery quickly.
