  If the system or Mode restore safe work not and you do not have a Microsoft Vista DVD, make a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:

  Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

  Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

  At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

  When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

• OfficeJet Pro 8500 Installation/use issues

  I recently bought the all-in-one above and connected on a Windows XP system.  I recently bought a new computer with Windows 7 and the unit seems to work fine but I have a few questions about its programme of installation/use.

  1. on my old computer, I remember having a 'manual' on the computer.  This doesn't seem to be available with the transition to the new system?  I tried to reload the software setup, but it said something like "system not supported"?  Is it possible to get this restored functionality?

  2. I see where it seems that there are new drivers for Windows 7 - if my 8500 does not work properly, is it interesting in the upgrade?

  3. I just tried to print checks (pre printed on paper) with Quicken 2010 for the first time with this new printer and when I go to print, the 'controls' are printed from the paper tray rather than the document feeder automatic where I white controls (when I put in the blank in the automatic documents feeder checks the display confirms insertion of the original ready to load or somesuch).  Sort of designate after checks taken from the ADF instead of paper tray?

  Hi, the automatic installation of my servers esx and post script exec I wan't to rename the local data store to esx 3.5. I tried to find a solution here in communities and also tried the following commands

  • vimsh - n e "datastore/hostsvc / / rename oldname newname.

  • VMware-vim-cmd hostsvc/datastore/rename oldname newname.

  but nothing happens when I use these commands and I get no error message.

  Anyone know what I am doing wrong and how can I rename local warehouses of data via command line?

  We have a set of post scripts that are executed after the first reboot after the construction, by default the local data store must be named storage1

  You can do the following:

  ln -sf $(readlink -f /vmfs/volumes/storage1)  /vmfs/volumes/$(hostname -s)-local-storage

  You can find these users in the FND_USER table, like other users of applications but you won't find them in the form of users.

  1 UDF1 is a specific value.
  2 UDF2 contains a value.
  
  The only way I know how to do automatic provisioning uses an access that is associated with a group policy. And this group is automatically filled for members using one or more rules. However, I see a limitation with the rules that does not allow my second criteria. You can't have a rule where the value has a wild card. There is no work around for this?

  Three options:

  1 adapter entity that affects the UDF 3rd in a value such as "UDF2 is empty. Change group membership rule to use 3rd UDF.
  2. switch to update the database tables where the rules are stored. Not recommended... but you can get the rules of priority in the speech empty or null.
  2. do not use Group membership rules, get users into groups (many resources). Access policy is based on groups so you don't lose it
