  You are able to provide a few details about your call / environment, such as:

  • What is the rate of call of the call?
  • What is the bandwidth of the link between the sites?
  • What other traffic flows on the links at the same time (a lot / no)?
  • You have configured your endpoints and QoS routers/switches?
  • Is there a firewall on each site?
  • Is there an inspection of H.323 or SIP packets passing on firewalls or routers?
  • You can provide the newspapers of these two endpoints for any of the calls that fails?

This is a hack or security or file-sharing compromise after the ' turn off just turns on immediately when I restart my desktop PC under administrator who is past-on account!   1. did you of recent changes on the computer?

  2. do you have security software installed on the computer?

  Usually, this would happen if you have any third-party security software installed on the computer.

  I suggest you temporary disable the security software installed on the computer and check if it helps.

  Hi Im having problems with Windows Media Player 11.

  I noticed the drive share network windows media services setting the parameters of the service, has been set to automatic (delayed). I changed it to automatic only so I can stream video files to my Xbox 360. Go to the oprtions streaming in wmp and turn on allow streaming media. It works fine but only for a few minutes, then the service settings changes itself to automatic (delayed). This keeps happens whenever I change, the Dungeon settings changing to automatic (delayed).

• Problems with shared printers added manually

  When I add a network printer manually shared, it becomes automatically're-shared', which causes a single printer being present in multiple instances on a single PC across the network. If I then manually turn off the're - share' on a target computer, it unfortunately also disables the original share 'host' remotely. So, I have this shared printer more than once or not at all. I would not care much, but this causes the printer becomes completely inaccessible from the network from time to time, which resolves only relocation. Automatic printer detection doesn't work reliably (strangely automatically added printers don't behave this way) and when you add a printer shared from XP to W7 machine, only manual addition works. I find this behavior strange. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you.

  PS: I know that LDAP server could solve this problem, but this isn't an option for me right now.

  My current problem on my server of storage here is that the we have a DB folder on the D drive that gets automatically not shared. We have uninstalled all 3rd party on the server. Our primary does the work to push and get to the storage server D drive in one of the folders called "DB file".  I tried to check, but I am not able to find the cause of why this is happening.

  I read the question and by doing some research on this subject I think the update that you mentioned (kb 917150) and not (17150 kb).

  I see that the update (kb 917150) is an update of security for office XP. This is an update to the office application and not for the operating system. We need to check two things:

  1 > we do not have Microsoft office Xp installed in the system.

  2 > we did an update from XP to Vista.

  If 1 is true then please download the stand-alone office Xp update pack and install it. If the 2nd case is true then let me know because we have a different approach to solve the problem.

• CTS 1.7: Audio snap (call RTC) not heard on all sites

  After the upgrade of our endpoints of 1.6 to 1.7, we met multipoint where we added a PSTN user.

  BU and DALE were able to reproduce the problem.

  This is incorrect behavior:

  CSCtk61376    CFD: Endpoint MP call RTC does not sure audio component software snap-participant

  Conditions: CTS and CTMS running 1.7.0 software.  Secure Audio component software plug-in point of endpoint is added in secure multipoint call.

  Possible workarounds:

  1 - presentation-sharing is started from endpoint that has made audio snap. Or, Hold/recovery on the endpoint, which makes the audio complement will restore audio to the audio complement in all the endpoints.

  2. - do not use secure audio audio component software plug-in, if possible.

  Default is integrated in version 1.7.1

• Network share does not auto-enable itself

  I use mHotspot to extend my range wireless for things I normally can't reach the router in the same domain as the laptop. That's why I often used mHotspot to solve this problem. From lately, I had to reinstall my wireless driver, and since then, mHotspot is annoying to use as sharing always option resets now. Whenever I host the wireless, I have to go into the properties of my wireless card and make sure that it shared in the wifi adapter virtual it's hosting via. This is a normal part of the game to the top. What is not normal is however having to set up the device, it's to share whenever I start the hotspot on mHotspot. It is normally supposed to automatically start sharing to the virtual card again as it was before I reinstalled my wireless drivers. If what I say is not clear, http://youtu.be/OV89P4BD_68 is the problem record showing how the wireless adapter "Jeff" don't start sharing again on its own when you restart the hotspot on mHotspot.

  I can't understand how to solve this problem, and it's a real concern to do this whenever I want to use mHotspot. Can someone help me please to solve this problem?

  My pc Windows 7 ultimate x 64 5 will share their D/e completely with the other player. Without any restrictions (full access, read/write/change)

  I don ' t want any PC ask username and password when accessing the shared drive.

  • The version of the recommended software is CallManager 8.6.2 and later (you can try 8.5.1, but there is no support BFCP)

  • To enable content sharing between registered in CUCM Jabber and the end point registered in VCS, make sure that your Jabber in CUCM devices have a SIP profile with BFCP protocol enabled, as well as the setting "Allow presentation sharing via BFCP" set to allow.
  • If you want to schedule conferences in MSDS for the Jabber in CUCM, you can add them to TMS as a 'room '. By using this option, you will be able to plan the Conference and the calendar control (it's better than using the Participant model)
  • About the phone book, you might have some problems. If your devices registered in VCS use device with an alphanumeric URI address, for example [email protected] / * /, you will not be able to add this contact to Jabber clients registered with CUCM, alphanumeric once is not supported. A solution would use only digital device address for all devices.
