  If you use a project, try opening the sub - vi by the project and not by the appellant vi.

  Look if there is a check mark in the reentrant run box.

  I had to install an update/fix for this printer (HP Office jet all-in-One 6313) my first installation of Windows 7 Home Premium on my computer (about 3 years ago). This does not all questions (I had a few problems scanning) but the solutions found to get. I recently downloaded the whole package from HP for Windows 7 again in the hope that all such issues would be resolved but havn't got round to install (mostly because I don't know if I should remove the previous first etc.?), but the presence of the new version stopped me to send the impression by opening the "fax" printer interface when I press 'print '.   I see that you are having problems printing.  I would like to help.

  I would say uninstalling the software of the printer.

  Once it is uninstalled, I suggest you put your system in clean boot mode in the configuration of Microsoft.  You can do this by following this document: How to perform a clean boot in Windows.

  Once the computer is in clean boot mode, I would suggest to reinstall the HP printer install wizard for Windows.

  Just to confirm what you say, it looks like you are trying to disable the Windows calendar that you had set up on your Vista computer... is that correct?  If that's what you want to do, I can provide you with the steps necessary to do so.
  1. simply click on the orb (button) to "Start" at the bottom left.
  2. in the "Start/Search" box, type: gpedit.msc and press "ENTER."
  3. If the UAC warning box appears, click "continue".
  4. in the left pane, click User Configuration, and then click Administrative Templates, followed by Windows components, click Windows Calendar.
  5. you should see the option to "turn off Windows Calendar" in the right pane.  Double-click on that.
  6 then put a tick in the box 'enable' and click on 'OK'.

  Which will stop Windows Calendar and must stop the disruption at startup.  I hope this helps!

  The latest version of Autoruns (13,40) blocks the main process explore on my 64-bit Windows, when I run it (it shows the entries normally thereafter). It doesn't always, but very often.   Have you already checked the BIOS? How much RAM show the BIOS?
  And what kind of modules you have exactly?

  Normally, it should be possible to use full 4 GB of RAM on a 64 bit OS as your laptop also supports 4 GB.

  Maybe you should also try updating the chipset driver. You can find it on the Toshiba site.

DLL failed to register.  Uninstalled program and repeated attempts tent after the restart but resulted in the same message.  Downloaded a newer version of the driver for HP but resulted in the same error message.
