  One possibility is to simply add another email address to the list of recipients for reports that goes to a read-only shared mailbox or a mail deposit box and leave the backup on the e-mail server to take care of it.

  If you made a backup today,"report needed backup; ' returns 0.

  I tested in oracle 10 and oracle 11, with the default of 60 days and archivelog retention policy backup every 3 hours.

  Returns the value 0.

  Of course, these are referring to ZFS... so since you are on Linux, you will have to do the mapping of the following options (if available) for the semantics of your file system.

  Also for what it's the best "size" of each message store the partition, there is no "rule of thumb" or "magic numbers": it is strongly influenced by the patterns of use and distribution of the user, so 10 to may be too or just well... it depends on your workload and your use of SAN/performance (is all your data on the 'flash/SSD' - tier) , or are you only going to slow disks "SATA"layer?)

  Imsbackup/imsrestore approach is usually one that allows you more flexible/granular control and the ability to restore single mailbox or simple mail box... But of course, in addition to being more slow (compared to a zfs snapshot) the real compromise is that he needs additional free disk space.

  You can set up your business IPs adds the IP filter to Eloqua to exclude the internal activity of the declaration.  This filter eliminates visitors to the data provided by the Reporting and analytical analysis Module. Please note that visitor data are deleted permanently so that the IP address filter condition applies, but that existing data are not affected. Also, note that visitors meet the criteria of IP address will not be displayed in any presentation during the test e-mail click-through.  So this would help you exclude the statement.  In E10, this is found under Configuration > monitoring > IP filters and you want to select visitors to be filtered from analytical.  E9, it is the installation program > management > System Management > filters IP.

  Another option is to make a copy of the email and send the copy to your contacts so that you can also report an internal activity to your emails as well.

  I was wondering if there is a mechanism that seems straight out of the box in vSphere 5 that will allow me to receive alert emails for events hosting standard alerts and constructed events.

  an example would be that I would receive an email daily for any VMs in our environment still have pictures because we use a third-party backup solution, if for some reason, the backup fails, we sometimes find that it does not delete the snapshot and it would be useful I could get alerted the morning on this subject.

  If anyone has any ideas on this example, it would be most appreciated. Alerts in bed is not an answer to this question.

  Well well, you can save this directory, but I think that it only contains the installation files and download files as excellent documents.
  If you are backing up the relational database then it of ok to restore in the same environment, but not good for the migration.
  This is why export reports was the best option for getting around environments.

  This message means that an output has been generated in the report (ORACLE_HOME/reports/cache) Server Cache
  but one occurred when the server tried to send this output to the destination (mail).

  In such a case, you can enable the report server Trace:

  Edit the ORACLE_HOME/reports/conf /.conf
  in order to have a line like:

  Save the file, restart the report server and test again.
