Bad cat phone support experience

After being a creative cloud for 1 year and almost 1 month, I found that he had to use the support that I had a problem with the Fireworks CS6. I thought to myself before, it must be great - Adobe is a great company - supported will be flawless. That I was wrong. The support chat agent kept me waiting 18 minutes before finishing the cat (I was completely polite).  I tried to find the number of support from Adobe for the United Kingdom - after the call and going through endless options, I'm showing the call would be lifted as Fireworks was not in the options. So I rang again and had the option of photoshop, thinking it was closer - talk from a guy who was very polite but I did not understand half of what he was saying. When I asked the best way to complain about my experience he said he had no option - to come on the forums. No formal to complain to Adobe option? Is this fair? In any case the result of it is I discovered that I am paying for a full subscription of creative cloud which the main application I use is no longer supported and the phone support guy could not recommend another app to pass. :/ Just... so... frustrating. Please someone tell me what the community can I publish a complaint? Is there a complaints process (what is that someone in the United Kingdom)? Can anyone recommend a replacement for Fireworks app - I have a lot of custom templates, I use every day with work? If I can't find a solution, I guess I could cancel I read here that you suffer no penalty fees on a subscription of 12 months if cancel you during the first month. Sorry if this is a large number of mixed, but I haven't the time to separate them all, I've already lost an hour which I might have been winning.

    As far as I know (and I've read a LOT of forum messages) Adobe does not provide technical support over the phone for ANY product... and certainly not one that is several generations old

    SUDDENLY the vmware customer management web stole me this, and many others.  They don't understand the magnitude this Act horrible sh... t is having on the "practicality" of technology management.  It is terrible and downright insulting.

    VMware - you claim that your product introduced efficiency in the form of op ex.  take down and or change any web page and marketing publication showing your product makes it easier and more efficient, it is simply no longer the case.  You yourself have sabotaged and sabotage the future of your growth thanks to the bad decisions and arrogance.

    anyone HE mocks you now while you sit with arrogance and dilute yourself with thoughts of leader in a new era.  Smart people are not lead with arrogance and bad decision-making and especially not by the release of the product of bad design.   You're stumbling block big time, the writing is on the wall.
