  I look out of my network in labview Analyzer where I decide to view and connect the same smith diagram that appears on the monitor.

  I use the complex graphic Smith (Real & imaginary) input format, then a loop of a 1000 is used to plot each point on the abacus of smith.

  I tried to convert to polar also, but this does not work either. Results in a loop around the end of open circuit or are massivley balance.

  The results on the Network Analyzer revolves around the central point several times but it's simply because of the bandwidth measured, that's what I'm trying to achieve.

  what I am doing wrong? I'm missing a few additional math functions?

  I suggest using a polar graph, they are arbitrarily scalable.  Right click then > chart... properties > tab markers and you can choose display values of cursor/marker on it.  Oscillators, I usually have field amplitude (DB, if it varies a lot) and angle of gamma on in front of a rectangular graph axes.
