But I have problems with:-Blackberry world isn't download ANY application "an error has occurred processing your request" - the camera when flips horizontally do not reverse the camera image and use that half of the screen - the camera is not actually taking pictures. Touch screen or the volume buttons does nothing. -When I try to open programs (go docs > open documents... nothing.)   Recently got the update on my Rogers Z30 2474. I now have serious problems that make this difficult device.

  1 battery life / greatly diminished. Standy use now the major part of the battery and the phone died after 16 to 18 hours. Before the update, it would be operating for 30 to 36 hours before exhausting the battery.

  2 / the unit crashes frequently coming out of sleep for 2-3 minutes. I will pull the appliance of the Holster or choice against the office and it cannot swipe wake the device up, or it will display the password but do not meet all the entries, including the physical keys. After 2-3 minutes, it will start responding again.

  3 / device feels much more slowly than before. Opening menus and applications, specifically the monitor of the device is much slower and often takes place in bursts, where previously he was gentle and fast.

  Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

  As long as you stay in the 10.3.2 branch, you should be able to install most all that exists. I would shy away from the earlier 10.3.2 releases, however.   As a BES device, you should definitely work with your inside IT. But the reload may well help.

  I have not yet passed my Z30 up to the latest versions. And btw, 10.3.2.2474 is the version of the software, while the value of the OS is 10.3.2.2639. You must know that you see based on the set of tools you choose to use.   Are you sure that they are actually doors and not just "suggestion" buttons that appear? If you do not select one of these buttons, not real CC (or other) recipients are entered.

  Everything was pretty wll with my Storm.  Until yesterday... I got NO problem with my battery life.  Now, my battery life is not long at all.  I don't "surfing" the web.  For most, phone and e-mail.

  I close all applications after each use.  I fully charge it overnight.  I took the battery out and put back.

  Now today, I do not receive my E-Mail address... That is what it is?  If I had these problems all along, I would have understood.  Yesterday I added some filters.  I doubled checked to make sure I didn't add anything which should not have been blocked.  I have synced yesterday.  Nothing extraordinary.  We did run Vista 64 and so far I had no problems with Desktop Manager and Vista...?

• BlackBerry Z30 trying to find my stolen BlackBerry Z30

  My BlackBerry Z30 was stolen recently and it is very important that you get it back.

  Also fantastic as a phone Blackberry is, I'm surprised that someone would steal such a serious phone.  It would be difficult to sell at a good price, because most users want a smart phone and more like a toy. With several carriers, once a BB is reported stolen its registration numbers are black listed. It can no longer be activated until the original owner cancels the flight report and has removed the blacklist phone.

  BB Protect would work for you if the phone can be reached by the mobile phone system and at the same time the GPS in the phone to work. • BlackBerry Z30 incoming calls NOT Ringing - Z30

  I recently did a quick reset on my Blackberry Z30 (outfits the two buttons for volume 10 seconds), this fixed my initial problem to experience the shift answering calls.

  When I get calls, now, however there is no ringing sound... I can see the incoming call and I answer the call, but there is no ringing sound.

  I tried to ensure that the volume buttons have turned up full, I even checked my notification settings and made sure that they are on normal. I checked also double the settings on the normal setting, ensure that the volume meter is full.

  Yet even after that, then by restarting the phone several times, still me the same problem.

  Does anyone have the magical answer, I would really advice, because miss me calls because there is no ringing sound.

  I m new to Blackberry and just received my Z30 (that I really like a lot!)

  I still have a problem with the wifi connection. I managed to connect to my wifi router. In the settings, I see that the connection is active. The signal is good.

  But on the top bar, I still see the 3G icon (instead of the wifi icon). I also received a message that my wifi has only limited access to internet.

  From the symptoms you describe, especially how any changes you make on your device are lost whenever you restart, run the tool in KB @sdgardne mentioned previously (pasted again below).

  KB36747 all data are deleted after a manual restart of smartphone BlackBerry 10 and has THE blue...

  After you run this tool, can you confirm if the tool says the patch has been applied, or no patch is necessary?

  If the hotfix has been applied, please reboot your device and let me know if the changes you made before you restart are kept.
