• BlackBerry Z30 problem with speaker Z30

  My Z30 has a problem with the speaker. It seems very quiet and like metal. I do not remember where is my invoice, but according to the code in the back, the Z30 was manufactored on 20/08/2014. • Software BlackBerry made Blackberry connection problems with Outlook 2003?

  I tried to look through the forums to see if theres any other mention of this but could not find something but it definitely seems to be a problem with one of our PC

  My wife has a Win XP SP3 system and running Office 2003 and 2003 Ourlook which, until the installation of Blackberry link worked fine.  When she installed link BB and hung the BB Z10, there was questions first with him saying she had no Media Player installed... She did it... Finally after reinstalling the BB link a few times he seemed to get the message and was able to see Media Player... everything seemed fine, but I was puzzled as to why the link / Unit decided to create a new network icon for Blackberry virtual private network?  After using the link and its Z10 a few days ago she noticed that when she ran outlook 2003 on the system for some reason, she was unable to receive the incoming pop3 to his two accounts mail. She got the following error message...

  Task 'pop.gmail.com - receiving ' reported an error (0x800408FC): "the specified server name is found on the network (it might be down temporarily).» Please check that you are connected and that the server name is correct. »

  I messed around with the system for a few hours Googling the problem and changing the settings and then change their return but nothing seems to change... and then, after a restart (with not really changed parameters), he started working again?  Last night she again connected the Z10 and ran link synchronized music to his device and then tried to collect e-mails via outlook and he starts again giving an error?

  Thanks for the quick response.

  I am pleased to see that we have highlighted in this one machine, if you will not tie the Z10 BlackBerry as modem then you can keep the VPN BlackBerry off.

  Another that what could it be causing a conflict with the BlackBerry VPN, to be honest, I have an application that causes problems with the BlackBerry VPN connection and I have to turn off sometimes.

  Hello upgraded my Z10 to the latest version of the OS and I see in App Manger option allow to install 3rd party applications is blocked? It says blocked by the administrator? There is a telephone on the first day. Has anyone else seen elsewhere? The Passport SE from ShopBlackBerry bought a month promised to install this latest OS!

  First of all, 10.3.2.2836 is not a value of BONE... This is the "software version", which is something else entirely. Please refer to a link in my sig auto for a document map the values between OS and SR and please be sure to specify that you cite so that the confusion is not the case.

  I didn't know all the question reports that tell you... but I have seen many others reported problems with this package of specific operating system. So, my recommendation is to go back to a previous stable version... 2813 is my recommendation. If the official methods do not offer that to you via their OS reload process, then you need to use autoloader informal methods to do so. Of course, normal precautions regarding BBID credentials and backup/restore remain in place.

  You want of course, (after reloading) disable the auto update setting... in any case of WIPE, OS reload, or other similar things, this parameter is always returned to the default "ON", and if your entity controlling distribution OS pushes this version out, then you will need to disable this auto-update setting to prevent after you fell back to an earlier version.

  Recently, I updated with the version of the 10.2.0.424 software (OS version 10.2.0.1791) and since then I am facing a lot of problems with my phone

  Question 1: My camera does not work. When I click on the camera icon, it says "could not start the camera.
  Question 2: I'm not able to play videos. When I try to read, it says "no File Format supported. Although the same videos played with the older operating system.
  Question No. 3: my phone has started to eat a lot of battery, its asking to be charged every 2-3 hours.
  Question 4: The phone is now slow and crashes a lot during a call or when sending texts.

  Please I need help to solve these problems!

  After hitting my head for several days, I left my phone to completely drain the battery until it empties. I left him in the same position without pressing a key or slide the screen for about 30 minutes.

• BlackBerry Z30 problems Z30 following 2474 update

  Recently got the update on my Rogers Z30 2474. I now have serious problems that make this difficult device.

  1 battery life / greatly diminished. Standy use now the major part of the battery and the phone died after 16 to 18 hours. Before the update, it would be operating for 30 to 36 hours before exhausting the battery.

  2 / the unit crashes frequently coming out of sleep for 2-3 minutes. I will pull the appliance of the Holster or choice against the office and it cannot swipe wake the device up, or it will display the password but do not meet all the entries, including the physical keys. After 2-3 minutes, it will start responding again.

  3 / device feels much more slowly than before. Opening menus and applications, specifically the monitor of the device is much slower and often takes place in bursts, where previously he was gentle and fast.

  Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

  As long as you stay in the 10.3.2 branch, you should be able to install most all that exists. I would shy away from the earlier 10.3.2 releases, however. You indeed can not go back to the 10.3.1 branch or before... the compulsory anti-theft caused the demand function cascade of impossible fallback to any level of the OS before the 10.3.2 branch.

  As a BES device, you should definitely work with your inside IT. But the reload may well help.

  I have not yet passed my Z30 up to the latest versions. And btw, 10.3.2.2474 is the version of the software, while the value of the OS is 10.3.2.2639. You must know that you see based on the set of tools you choose to use. The official tools tend to work in the RS, while informal tools as well as discussions here are working through the true value of the BONE.

  In addition, there is still a very recent release as a result of that you cite... SR 10.3.2.2514 / OS 10.3.2.2789. It includes WiFi calling TMO for all devices BB10 (useful only if one is on TMO, of course), but also to have a lot of improvement on the version you quote.   My videos don't seen to have the volume on my blackberry. I habe a bunch and none of them have.  also, I sent a couple and they had no picture. they were sent on wifi. does anyone else have this problem?

  I don't know what the problem was but I pulled the battery and rebooted the phone and it works fine now. Thanks for help. The video was the one who was shot with the phone, so he would have to play very well. He does now.

• BlackBerry Z10 problem with reception and to make a call after updating to OS.

  I just updated my Z10 STL100-3 model with the new operating system 10.3.2.2168. Now, I can not answer incoming calls. The phone rings, but there is no screen to answer or reject the call. I am also unable to unlock while the phone is ringing. Once the caller hangs up the normal opening if Poster Advisor I missed a call and then allows me to unlock the phone. When you place a call, the screen does not change for me to end the call. In other words, I touch the contact and it will automatically start the numbering, but the screen does not respond or don't change to indicate that the call is made. Then I need to cut the phone to hang up!

  Well, assuming that you have waited the usual 48-72 hours, with a lot of reboots (including the battery grips) and this behaviour is new, and the only thing that has changed is the operating system updated... so, the most common thing to do after an update which results in problems is to perform a reload of the OS. Sometimes the update process have errors and others... with a reload often cure the problems.

  Official methods, which will be controlled as to what exact OS versions are available:

  Unofficial methods, which are cleaner and allow you to choose a version of the OS that maybe your carrier (or anyone they control your offers) delays in approval (unless you're on 10.3.2, in which case 10.3.1 and earlier are now blocked, but you should be able to use any 10.3.2 it's official):

  Of course, before you start this, you want a good backup link, a manual copy of the memory of your device to your PC and complete documentation of your configuration (identification information of account, adding applications, configurations, etc.).   Hi all, I have 3 account of emails on my camera, if our exchange at work, one for my hotmail and the last is a POP3 account. I spend my BB "BOLD" for the Z10 4-5 months ago, and everything was working fine with my 3 email accounts. All of a sudden I got a message a week that my my POP3 account settings were not accurate... But nothing changes! There was still the same. So since their I try things, but never had superior work again. Empty the account and now I can't reinstall it, giove me the same message something like "for the POP acocunt information are incorrect or change...» »

  If I check with my ISP and my cell door and nothing on the side here. My ISP gave me a suggestion IMAP and still its not going to work.

  THA phone works very well for the rest, others get mail in as usual.

  I think that my problem started after the last update, but I'm not Suriname

  OK iv found it... and for your statement for me to use my e-mail as my user name address... its working now. do not push my user name of 8 letters.

  The thing is 'something' happen on network here... and my password got change! IV he never touched for years and suddenly it changed... beats me how, but I finally managed to do work again...

• URGENT blackBerry Smartphones: problems with name dialing

  Since the sync with my PC, my contacts list of 750 is visible until I have start typing letters to refine a search for a specific name, and then most of the names that should be visible to the search disappear? Only a small part of the 750 seem to be part of research when I type the letters to find names, I think related to the ones I edited on Outlook. Any help much appreciated. I checked the filter of address book, and I have no filters.

  Well, problem solved, with the help of the @blackberryhelp team. The team has accompanied me through a fresh re-installation of DM, which allowed me to finally sync with Outlook. However, what really solves the problem has roll me back pour.337 that magically gave me back my contacts. I then wiped the device (after saving everything, of course) and re-installed. 448 and PRESTO! all my contacts were there and accessible to the operating system once more. Long and frustrating road, but at least with a satisfactory ending.

  I solved this problem by downgrading it back to version 10.0. Will wait for any upgrade work.

  Decommissioning was not possible using BB link!, but use "Update on the web" @ http://us.blackberry.com/software/smartphones/update/blackberry10-os.html, to factory reset.

  I had to reboot several times to make it work. And you need an internet connection fast and good for it. Its about 1 GB of files.

  ICH habe heute morgen eine Version of the Blackberry OS auf meinem Z10 installed. Und heute nachmittag im Insignia hat wieder alles works.

  Die neue Softwareversion uber Einstellungen/Softwareaktualisierung offered regular wird, wenn nach Aktualisierungen suchen lasst.

  When I unlock my phone, it goes to a blank screen (previously went directly to page 1 with all my commonly used icons).  I now swipe until you get to page 1 & when I do this it zoomed in so I don't see all of my icons.  I have to pinch the screen several times to a regular size (sometimes it guard zoom each time I have pinch the screen).  This is very annoying & would appreciate any help.
