• Is my Macbook Pro battery defective?

  I got my Macbook Pro since 2012.  For some time on the marketing of the battery, it started sometimes and then turns off for no apparent reason.  It of today and has not responded to the power switch, finally raise a screen indicating that I had to go to food.  What I've done and the laptop booted normally.  As the indicator of battery at the top of the screen showed more than 40% charged that I wonder if my battery can develop a fault.  Does anyone have a similar experience?

  I have reinstalled Power Manager as many of the members of the forum suggested and I got power gauge to return immediately. But my original power manager is only on the version 1.13 c so I've updated on 1.51 again! And he disappeared again!

  So I reinstalled again and it works! But on the version 1.13 c.

  And it worked on the version before 1.51 as well! Where can I get power on version maneger before 1.51 has? This is probably the version 1.51?

  I bought my Thinkpad Edge 14 a couple of weeks and have been meeting some persistent problems with the battery management system and power.

  First of all, despite running in mode Energy Star, I barely two hours of my six-cell battery.

  Secondly (and more disturbing), is that when the computer is running on battery power, the battery showed remaining varies greatly.   Start with a battery reset meter to get Power Manager in sync with the battery pack. Then see what condition, Power Manager signals the battery is (good, fair, poor).

  The other issue which is the address of the update of the FW of battery is different from the issue you are reporting. The FW is released for all batteries that have had this problem.

• 10 IOS battery life issues

  Since the update to IOS 10 my battery percentage meter slept on 100% at all times. the only time where is the change is if im using the phone to play a game or something and it all of a sudden everything stops as his death.   If the laptop stops immediately after that the AC adapter is not unplugged, it means that the battery is empty and not loaded.
  Are you sure you plugged the battery correctly into the battery bay?
  Please check if the battery is well suited.

  I wonder if anyone can help. I have the laptop above and just before the warranty run out, I had a problem with the power cable because it would not require the laptop and would also make a funny type of sparking sound.

• Charging battery problems!

  After Lollipo-update, my Z3C had problems with charging the battery...

  (1) phone heats up during loading

• Edge 14. Battery not charging after the Power Manager Update to 6.07 and resetting the battery.

  My battery will do not, at all.

  The gauge was obviously wrong to happen very quickly after reaching 20%, so I've updated the power to 6.07 Manager and then perform a reset of the battery (I'm sure it's in that order, perhaps first reset).

  After resetting the battery charged to 100% back, but as it is discharged, the charger was not.  With the power, the battery is located just at the same percentage and descends very slowly (about 1% in two days).

  I tried to play with the parameters of maintenance battery, the meter then said that charge will begin less than 80%, but the battery is already on the 20%.  I checked the firmware in the Manager of power and with the stand-alone program but apparently no update is necessary and T 42, 4755 FRU part number is not listed as needing an update.

  I tried this and just tried to reinstall the firmware of power management.

  I finally solved the problem after reading this post by:

  1 shut down the computer.

  2. unplug the power supply cord (and everything - usb and monitor cables).

  3 remove the battery.

  4. play with the spring on the battery switches and shake threatening (probably unnecessary, but you may want to give it 10 to 15 seconds on the laptop).

  5. replace the battery in the laptop.

  6. connect the power cord.

  7. start the laptop and connect.
