• Poor battery performance since OTA 2.5 update

  Since I've updated my ThinkPad tablet to build number ThinkPadTablet_A310_02_0039_0086_US I had low battery performance. (slowly, quickly discharges costs) Has anyone else seen elsewhere? By another thread here, I saw that this particular update includes an update of the firmware of the battery improved performance, but that has not been my experience.

  Anyone know how to downgrade the firmware of the battery to see if that helps? Or if a factory reset would affect the firmware of the battery?

  Don't know what your position is, but for most 2.5 updates, you can download them from the Lenovo site and install manually. You don't know the American version has been officially released yet, but bsnf posted a link at the beginning.

  No, I got new battery with model: PA3757U-1BRS successor to the former and portable computer turn the. Is shows fully charged battery 100%, but when I disconnect the power cable, it stops immediately.

  Have you had the same problem with the battery?

  If this isn't the case, then this battery is faulty or not fully compatible and an another battery should be used to solve the problem.

  At the beginning, it appears 'Low battery' on the 15%, then new attention to 10%, then it turns off automatically.

  But since the past 10 years, 15 days my laptop charging time decreases every day...

  I noticed, 10,12 days ago, it was usually stops at 25% without showing any message "battery low"...

  After a few days, it starts to stop 40% without warning, and then again after a few days it starts to stop at 60%...

  (Originally my laptop take until 01:30 hours for 100% charging, but after getting in this situation, my load time is also reduced, as when it was stop at 40%, when I plug in, it will load entirely whitin half an hour and at 60%, charge time is more diminished and get completely loaded only in 15, 20 minutes..)

  But nowadays, laptop turns on only when I plug (and showing, hip, does not support) and down I took out. I checked by removing the battery and connect the charger, laptop works very well and can easily log on windows without battery...

  Well you could go on eBay and ask for part number hp or order it from hp.

  It's easy just take your battery and search search for model number on eBay but if ur stuck ask hp.

  I recently had a 6930p Elitebook which was once used as a computer professional, and I photographed it with a copy of Windows 7, I confess, and then upgraded to Windows 10. I noticed that when I click on the battery down to the left, it is said there are two batteries. Battery 1 seems to work fine, but 2 battery says it is not available for use. Is there something I can do to make the second battery work? I would like to improve the battery 1 battery lasts approximately 2 hours. Thank you.

  I just bought second hand a battery of 6 regular cells for my Thinkpad R50e, replacing those originally supplied with the laptop (he is now dead/charges to 100% within a few seconds). The new stack looks a bit like a replica, but after looking on several Internet sites that sell spare batteries I have is that they are very similar to one I bought (missing IBM logo, only marking placement "THIS" different and warnings/certifications). Are they supposed to look like that? Or are all supposed to have the IBM logo + all brands of certificate, etc. ?

  Another thing I think is suspicious of this battery is written RUF on the label do not match that shown in the stack information in Windows XP. The FRU on the lable is; 08K 8195, 08K 8194, 08K 8192, 08K 8193, while RUF shown in Windows is 02K 7028 (a 2.2Ah battery for T22?). Aren't they supposed to match?

  What is the total capacity that is supposed to be for such a battery (R50e)? Anything close to 45Wh?

  Edit; The battery is shown as new (even wrote 'new' on the label with a felttip pen, eh...) and according to the battery, it took 3 cycles since June 2008 (date of first-time-used and production).

  Sold second hand? For batteries of this age, a 3 OEM batteries charge cycles are difficult to find.

  But replica with Lenovo/IBM accurate stickers are easily imitated, just go to some online stores, for an overview.

  As far as I know, all batteries should have a bar code with a unique serial number.

  Sanyo, Sony and Panasonic are the provider for the battery cells, I do not think that they assemble the batteries in and of itself, I may be wrong, but as far as I know this is how it works.

  Just a random adobe employee, but it is probably best to sign up today for the service and then just wait for happen to install and download the software from the computer.  Trying to get the discount retroactively applied sounds quite a bit more difficult, and you can set the account from any computer without installing anything.

  This feature was not available during the early days of download Trail. I found in a Captivate Forum that this feature will be available for download only after a few days.
  You can now download and install the text to speech in your system. Which includes two voice right now.
