  I don't have the technical knowledge - no knowledge at all - so I can't explain why this solution, on the whole, worked:

  I disengaged the cellular network and then deleted the bbm application, then played reset material, re-installed the bbm on the BB site (not via appworld - doesn't like that), then disengaged the network once again, performed a hard reset, recommit to the network and everything returned to normal - the icon of bbm is alive again.

  Our company has recently improved CS6 Adobe Master Collection Suite to Adobe Creative cloud. Those who already us CC will be familiar when the subscription is started, you can sign in with your Adobe ID and access a page of downloading applications.   We are a member of another organization of media professionals. A colleague from this group of messaged tell us that Adobe sales UK had found some "glitch" in their treatment of subscriptions for creative cloud. We contacted Adobe sales which have solved the problem by now and we can now access the download icons. Thinking substance, you must cancel your membership who apparently had put on hold and then take another subscription which is processed correctly. Thanks Mylenium for taking the time to answer.

  the hourglass is presented for the case DataFinder not already indexes these files.

  This could be for several reasons:

  • There are a lot of file never indexed in this folder, it takes awhile for DataFinder index-> is when F5 to update the display
    The script for this code is: Navigator.Display.CurrDataFinder.Browser.RefreshAll
  
  
  • The indexing process has stopped for a different reason. You can manually trigger the re-indexing n MyDataFinder or DataFinder Manager by right clicking on the folder and choose "Index file"

  Hey, got two questions.  I am writing an instrument driver for an instrument I have here at work, and I work the VI.  I organized and inserted into a library, which is in a project, including the library and examples folder (so basically how downloaded Labview instrument drivers are set up) on the screws.  I put it in the instr.lib folder and saw him appear in the palette of functions very well.  So according to that installation, my questions are:

  (1) how can I change folder icons (not the icons of VI - done already that) in the palette of functions?

  (2) how LV instrument drivers hide the 'Examples' folder and view just the screw in the folder "Public"?  (they don't seem to be marked as private)

  I think the secret is to have a mnu file, which defines what will appear in the palettes. You can create one by modifying the pallets (under Tools > advanced) and there you should be able to delete items and change the icon from the palette by made a right click. Probably, you should also make sure that the mnu file is saved in the same folder, so that you can have in other PCs. Note that the palette editor has this annoying confirmation dialog which tends to hide under other windows and you need at the end of editing, so go to somewhere you can find it before you start editing.

  Another option is the use of VIPM to install the driver, and which will also allow you to edit a range.

  I'm using LabVIEW on two different machines, and the laptop has a little strange problem with MAX.  All the code works except that on the laptop, for some strange reason, the shortcut icon on the desktop is no longer same old blue globe with a yellow arrow through it!  Instead, I have a sort of standard icon windows: square with a kind of icon text windows. When I go into the program files folder of National Instruments, I see the same icon, not the origianl icon!  When I right click on the measurement and automation and examine the properties for this thing I get the Properties dialog box and the original MAX icon appears in the dialog box.   I can go to change the icon of the button box and see the original icon of MAX on-screen, as well as a path to the National Instruments/MAX/NIMax.exe, select it and then go back to the menu shortcut and click on apply. I thought that this would cure the problem, but no, he didn't. This isn't a real problem and I have no idea as to what has caused this, but I would like to know how to get back to the original icon of MAX.

  It seems that it is mostly a problem of windows!  After looking around for files MAX icon on my computer, I found two of them: 16 x 16 and 32 x 32-bit.   I understand from your description, that you cannot change the folder icon with a custom icon uploaded to the Internet.

  I'll be happy to help you. This problem could be caused because you may not have selected the right path or the location of the file that you downloaded or the downloaded file may be damaged or does not work or does not exist.

  I suggest to follow the steps below and we update on the State of the question.

  I recommend you to check or find the location of the file or path where exactly you downloaded and to check whether the file is actually present in the location and also check the file is fully downloaded and work very well.
